Pathetic services by Options developers...their building in Dadar East Avenue 14 is having several problems - car lift, passenger lift not functioning, no proper sign board, electricity meters not proper, parking not allotted, salary not paid to housekeeping staff on time as result they stop working. There is no proper ventilation in passenger lift. Builder and his team are completely non responsive and they dont listen to the issues. Non reachable on mobile too. Every day new problems are faced by the residents....not recommended to look into their properties ...
