Worst experience ever !!!The executive person called as Mr abhijeet and even the other staff are not at all professional , rough language , and poor service!!They talk as if they are the owner of our flat!!I have purchased a flat in A wing 41 E & 41FBut I regret my decision !!They are ready to show flat to new purchaser but not ready to show our own flat for which we have already paid and the way of talking with the owners of flat is worst

Side by the project is Metro Cash n Carry and Infront Cinema hall are there and in near by vicinity great street foods are available and reputed college and schools are at near by distance... Project is having all the modern amenities which is very hugely popular..

Hi TeamRivali Park project is seems to quite impressive. 1C prelaunch on 2015 is yet to get written communication from CCI Project Pvt Ltd as substantial delay after launching till now. Team is seems to be have not clear picture of the same as lots of if & buts have been address to customer like RERA / GST / legal complication etc.RegardsAjit

Vry poor quality of construction delayed project since more than 6yrs. Pathetic service n staff. Lawaris kind of project. All fools are heading this project who dont know what is construction & building management. Incorrect fire fighting systems & lots of other faults..

Dont buy property in Rivali. Delayed possession and no proper response from the management Team
