I gave 2 star because they have good collection of the books.But did not feel like giving remaining 3 stars because there was one book which my son wanted was for 1200/- and same book online I am getting for 800/- logically it does not make sense during covid time spending your energy putting yourself in risk and paying extra bucks going to the book store.Correct me if I am wrong.Please like this review if u agree with me.Happy reading

Bookstores are few and far between now. Must cherish them.This one is decently stocked, but sometimes doesnt have non-popular books

There are not much variety left in this store. Some years back, I used to find this place an escape from everything. As there were alot books and on every genre. Now its just some famous books and 2-3 rows, and the fremaining part is toys section.

The place is nicely organised and systematic in books/novels arrangements. The literature is excellent and knowledgeable. However, sadly enough not many are visiting the stores for reasons best known to them. To my mind if the stores needs to be kept open I would suggest a Circulating Library whereby a deposit could be charged on a book to book basis and also reading/hiring charges per day over and above a free advance stipulated reading time.The stores could collect a few extra rupees thereby. Please give my suggestion a thought, to whomsoever it may concern.

Excellent book shop. Great range of books for enthusiastic readers. You may get books for all genres. Best place to buy gifting articles. Has good stationery products. Staff is very helpful. They have online store too. Hope we can have more of these stores in every mall.

It is one of my favourite places to visit... Everything looks so sparkly in this shop, I feel like buying everything even though I may not need it... And my 3yr old is the same. He loves going to crossword. He loves to see 2 things in the shop, the book section and the hot wheels cars section... They have a very good collection.. it is my happy place... I wish I had a crossword store walkable distance from my place, I would go there everyday just to walk around like walking in a garden..

Okay, lets see... Its got books, themed clothing, toys for people of all ages, an organic remedies section (small but still, its there). What more could you want from a single place. To me honest, for me its the one stop shop for gift giving and binge reading. And can we all just take a moment to appreciate the fact that they STILL ALLOW FREE READING IN THE STORE!!!!!!!! I have very fond memories of spending many a day there just binge reading and getting lost in the lives of my favourite characters... I look forward to doing it again soon. The collection is limited with few assistants for your convinience. You can find recent launches but for any author you can not find his other books on demand. Ambience was pleasing.

Theres an amazing collection of books here. Authors that I adore: Franz Kafka, Hemingway, Saadat Hassan Manto. Love love love. I bought a collection of letters written by the most influential people of the world. It is a m a z i n g. Lol Im having a lot of fun here.

A decent selection of books across various genres with plenty of places to sit and read. It is a bit crowded on weekends. Apart from books, it also has some great stationery and gifting items. It directly leads into Shoppers Stop, so you can continue your shopping spree. The staff is helpful.

It is one of my favourite stores cos I find books, magazines and some stationary products. I would love that the place it self would be design as a quiet bookshop to read and hang a long time, but it is a noisy shop. Nevertheless it is useful for its products.

Less of a book seller, more of a superhero franchise. This store and plenty others at least, in Mumbai Suburban.Why are the shelves full of old inventory? If I ask for a book that I think I can make some sense out of, boom, not there! Doesn’t even show up in their inventory manager on their desktop.Why has crossword stores stopped behaving as a genuine “Mecca” for books that it used to be in its initial years. Heck, I’m not even interested in their gold, platinum, black, whatever..membership offers any more.Small, not so known book stores are much more sensitive to our needs. Or they try to be, at least.So please don’t act as if the competition (especially e-com) has taken away your share of cake. Please Crossword, please, show some “offline” love to, us, “offline” bookworms.

Their Membership plan is a fake and they dont tell its valid for 1 year only. Never opt for their Membership and buy online is much cheaper

Its pretty close to my place, so in my comfort zone. But the place has decent amount and variety of books. They are usually short of Graphic novels and comics if you interested into that specifically. Oh and Hindi literature too.

I love everything thats in Crossword.Books are stocked well major names are always available.I find that gift items kept here are basic and way to expensive.There should be a reading corner available in this crossword like other crosswords too.

One of the best chains in Mumbai to buy all kinds of books. Have a great collection of books and other electronics (Kindle) and toys. The staff is very helpful the n number of times I have been there. One of my favorite things about crossword is those little chairs which allow you to sit and read the books without being disturbed.
