Interchanging my name with another students during applications, falsely applying to universities which i hadnt suggested in the first place, entering incorrect profile data on university applications, not bothering to check if applications are completed on their end and lack of follow-ups among others, were some of the chief detriments I encountered.Thoroughly unprofessional and highly lackadaisical in their approach, I wouldnt recommend The Chopras (Andheri branch) to any aspirant.Edit: My grievances were eventually met with corrective actions. The Chopras have diligently emailed concerned universities regarding the mistakes made and rectified all the wrongs. Appreciate the urgency with which they took up my complaint.

I would say the best test preparation classes are held at The Chopras only. The way they make sure each student understands the concepts and solve questions with such ease. Horrible experience with the andheri branch...since they dont have any charges when you pick UK to study in..they give zero attention to you ...despite calling them multiple times they took take ages to send out my application and never returned my calls .They will only recommend universities they have tie ups with and will ignore the highly ranked universities since they dont get commission from them. Had to switch to edwise mid way due to the poor service.

Had an amazing experience with chopras mumbai. The staff was quite helping. Prajakta maam and bhavini maam helped me alot through out the process and suggested me and cleared all my doubts properly.
