4.5-4.7 stars are fake reviews by their own employees....AN HONEST CUSTOMER REVIEW......Unprofessional company....No ethics....When they sell the product they dont share the terms and conditions.....once the payment is 100% done then they share all documents.....if in case of refunds they cant justify break-up of the costs involved and keep beating around the bush.......I would never recommend anyone such a company

Does not provide you with the details of the tests they will be performing and and later they do all useless tests and say sorry we were not told about the other tests..if in a patient of breast cancer you do all the tests for other cancer(colon,brain etc etc)..and say we have included all genes then the point of whole test is useless.plzs make sure people are spending a lot out of their some earnings only in the hope to save their loved ones.

Improper reports earlier reports were telling it is negetive and when our doctor told some issues with reports and please recheck,I did accordingly all of sudden report got reversed and its positive, and took more than two months for reports initially they told within 21 days well get the report.
