Dont feel like giving a single star to the IndiMags, order was placed in feburary, we requested for the refund for 2 magazines, after 100s of call and 100sof mail, they always say we will refund in a a week, not a penny received as of now. Please refund

Fake!! been 3 months that we have subscribed but no physical or digital issue is received till date. They dont answer the calls or respond to emails.

More than a month after payment for magazine subscription. No sign of delivery. Doesn’t respond to emails or calls. Not responsive at all. Very un-professional. Pls avoid at all cost.Update: Got an email response on 28th July that delivery will start from Aug’21. No delivery till 8th Sep’21.

They are very unprofessional. They take money and then do not pick the calls and reply over email. I have dropped them multiple emails since one year and half of the time they do not reply and luckily of they pick your call after 100 of attempts they will not take actions then. Poor service must say. Will remove this review if I get my refund or magzines

I paid for the subscription on 6-Jan-21 (order no. 500061304) . Not received the magazine yet, it is 10 weeks. As per your customer care, dispatch is stopped due to COVID. If this is TRUE then why take orders. I get one response for 3 mails. I have been asking for refund, no response on that. Requested for cancellation. No one pics customer care numbers. WORST EVER SERVICE.

Do not order from Indiamags. Most of the magazines have their own subscription sites, please order from there.Indiamags says, For Magazine with regular subscription the first magazine will be delivered by the publisher within 4-5 weeks in case of Instastart magazine the first magazine would be delivered within 7-8 days..I patiently waited for 6 weeks and didnt receive anything. Now I have been dropped them emails for last one week & havent heard back anything. There Customer Support Number doesnt answer your call, so you can talk to anyone.

I have suscribed for 3 magazines and have not received a single one till date. The customer service is poor. I tried calls and mail but no-one ever responded. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating. Not worth a single penny.

Book your Magazine here and never get it . Whenever you raise an enquiry they say same dialogue that it would take 4-6 weeks. Believe me even after 8-9 weeks you are not going to get the first copy itself. Just a medium level fraud. Be cautious before buying subscription.

If you are willing to beg, threaten, and haggle to get the issues you subscribed for, this is the agency for you! We had booked 3 issues of Harvard Business Review with them and I am tired of chasing for over a month and a half for the first issue itself. I am shocked that HBR is even partnering with an agent of this sort at a risk to their reputation. Indiamags makes for a case study of how poor service levels from disinterested employees can help a company lose customers.

Complete fraud, taken money for annual subscription almost a year back but not a single copy dispatched. Custome care is not giving any response after several messages. A complete fraud company.

Worst service ever. I paid for subscription since last year and never get my magzines and I am asked to pay extra now for courier to get magzines. Not at all recommended. Asking for refund and cancellation no response at all. I would recommened everyone to not to take any subscriptions from them.

In todays day of same day deliveries, here is Indiamags proudly and unashamedly not delivering in 6+ weeks. Ordered placed in end of Sep20 for annual subscription of 3 magazines. No issues delivered till 2nd week of Nov. And the Customer support says subscription will start from December. Believe me, you are better getting subscription directly through publishers or from your local agencies.

I am frustrated with their service, doesnt respond, dont bother about customers. Once you are paid your done with business hardly you will get 2-3 copies, later god should help you. I have every Proof what I said and I challenge if they respond me. If they solve my problem I will apologize here again.Think before your subscribe.

The worst Magazine service out there. Out of 12, I just got two magazines delivered to me, that too after months of reminding them to do so. Complete waste of money, and now they wont stop sending promotional emails and messages. They dont even reply to the mails. I wish I had checked the reviews before placing an order with them. I wonder why magazine publishers still collaborate and partner with them. Horrible experience.

CHEATS!... STAY AWAY!IMP: Dont create your impression based on the 4* rating on google. Theyve got their own people to rate them 5* (clear from the fact that the reviewers have posted only one review on google).DONT use their services/portal to order magazines.1) They are cheats who will take your money and wont respond until you follow up.2) They wont forward your money and order details to the publisher of the magazine until you do a rigorous followup with them.3) Reaching out to the publishers will reveal that order info was never shared.4) Upon inquiry, theyll use stone age policy of subscription will start in 4-6 weeks which is misleading. Publishers admit subscription start date as 2 weeks or earlier after receiving order details.5) Their management doesnt care to respond to you even after repeated follow-ups.*** 6 orders were placed by me - 5 for kids of my friends and 1 for my family member. No subscription started for more than 6 weeks. No communication from their end until they were caught by surprise about my order when I started following up. The whole excitement & experience was ruined for the recipients (people to whom these subscriptions were gifted). SHAME ON YOU INDIA MAGS ***

This is worst service i have ever seen. Dont buy this service based on reviews, all of them are fake. You need to rigorously follow up with Indiamag team, so that they can deliver issues, at your home. I would suggest better you maintain calendar in your excel , on behalf of india mag to note down which issue is delivered and which is not. Not at all recommended.

Initially had a problem with the order and had no response from Team IndiaMags, but eventually the representative called up and resolved the issue. One thing would suggest you is to remove the INSTASTART option, as you are not able to deliver as per it. Good luck!

I would only say that you guys do not take anything from this site.Just these people say that your magazine will arrive in 6 to 8 weeks but neither the magazine comes nor the customer care picks up the phone and these people do not even answer the emails.This is all fraud.
