Best landmark should be Paradigm building. Rude security personnel. ther behave like police officer. Dont know why they will make you to install Arogya setu app to enter in building. I was checked for 3 times by 3 different guards before entering the building.

Has parking in premise options to park ur vehicle. With totally commercial area, please looks bit deserted. Security at the outskirts near the GSC are bit ignorant to not allow people walking down to reach this tower and bluntly turn down pedestal visitors, again in the name of pandemic. No issues if people drive in their vehicles.

This place is basically a work space. There are several corporate offices in different towers. It is calm and clean. There are palm trees around the area also small plants adding a charm to the areas serenity.

This is one of the old office buildings based in Mindspace. It still has its reminiscence of call centers that was prevalent here. The building needs maintenance & also modernization to align it to modern corporate standards.

Good security in this area, the place is good and maintains the cleanliness because of the tight security. This is an office building and has very clean corridors and and extremely maintained premises!!It’s a thriving BPO place with lot of food options right outside the office!!

First thing, this is a business center close to S.V. Road. Quite tight security and multiple checkpoints. Ample of parking and overall a good place for business centers. Clean as and tidy, always! The only things that bothers is you have to route a bigger route to enter the complex and since the metro project has been ongoing, the traffic woes are worse than before. Check before you leave! Hope the place will be restored as earlier once the metro work gets completed.

Professional place.. well maintained.. many corporate offices are there.. security is good.. Lift is always working.. no power shortages.. Security is very tight and active.. Basement parking is available.. Automatic sensors are fit on the entry gate.. Barista and other cafe shops are there inside the building.. ICICI banks branch is also there in the building.. Entry and Exit gates are different.. ID is compulsary for entering.. Zomato, Amazon Flipkart deliveries can be received inside the building.. Food courts are also nearby

I work here. Nice place but need to be upgraded with time. Slightly older building and smoking is completely prohibited here.

Web 1 building, way past its prime days. Do feel the per sq charge for rent in the vicinity is at-least twice to what the location advantage one might have. Even then the building is not any where near to the requirement of the new world companies. No power backup, choppy internet, parking is mess, its continuously being renovated or some tenant is shifting or going bust or some other moving in or redoing the whole floor. imagine the feeling of working in a under construction building all year long. And worst is it pesters with rats. Building management operate without consulting to tenants and the first floor terrace is rented out for after hours parties, with out any control on noise of commotion. If you look at renting here, you will definitely find a place with better rate to the value, if you have already renting here, god bless for recovering from this mistake you have made.

Its my office building.. others companies are also there. Also anyone can find ICICI and SBI Bank & ATM. Also there are some restaurants like Mystery Box and Barista.

Building is still not finished, entrance is dirty, not clear info on which companies are settled there. Elevator extremely slow and overall messy.
