Went there for the 1st time in last 2 years of my purchase. It was small issue with my lens autofocus. I had a warranty left for 6 months so my lens was repaired free of cost within 5 days. Receptionist is really courteous and polite. You need to take a coupon and wait for your turn. Lens was repaired efficiently and was working like new one. Cheers!

Authorised dealer, but really expensive to repair or service. Personally I would prefer to buy a new DSLR than repair here. Most parts not available with service centre.

Worst kinda of an experience and worst employees.Employees are not trained and do not have any knowledge about the camera. I paid and asked to fix my camera, but the problem never got solved and upon asking why it didn get solved, they came up with different reasons on how my lenses were faulty and my camera settings bring out blurred photos.Just because he couldnt fixed the issue hes started bringing out new ones that the customer didn have any knowledge about the camera settings.

Crowded. Less chair to sit. At the time of Coronavirus they are not checking body temperature of anyone. Anyone can enter inside. No hand sanitation as well makes it a risky place. Staff is friendly, but more staff is needed to handle more customers. Dont come in car, there is hell lot of traffic outside and no place for parking.

Slow service.But they regularly give a call or email for your product ro receive in 15-20 days.

Professional Service. Go early morning at 9:30.Gave the camera and lenses for cleaning. They will check and tell you that they will get back either the same day or the next working day. And they call back on time. They will give you the estimates and take a confirmation for the same. They will also give an approximate time when they will give it back. And they usually or on time unless they are stuck for parts.Do avoid visiting by taking care of the camera, if it gets spoilt do go to them, they will fix it.

We just had to hand over the camera for servicing.They made us wait for 30 mins, inspite of just one more person in the whole centre.Inspite of us telling them we hust needed to get the camera serviced and we could have left, they chose to make us wait.Very Unprofessional these guys working here at the Marol service centre for Nikon are seriously tarnishing the name of the brand.

Place is usually crowded . In my experience they just jack up the prices and overcharge for the services. They are rude too. I will go there only if i have major repairs required to my equipment.

Follow up: The earlier issue [2019] got escalated and I had ensured to inform multiple people in the Service center about the previous incident (Please read in the below para.). I received a call from the Sr Mgmt team of this franchise, and after listening to my issue they asked me to meet them once again and allow them to inspect My Camera. I am yet to visit this center again, not sure if I will ever trust them. MORAL OF THE INCIDENT: My simple fungus cleaning [Maximum cleaning] trip of my Nikon camera has taken 1 year + and still left in hanging, meanwhile this service center is happy to have charged me a bill of RS 3.8K.I own a D850, and had given it for fungus cleaning. I was shocked to find out that the assigned engineer was incompetent to properly do this simple maximum cleaning job (during pick up i was shown the fungus as it is and told that they were waiting for my permission to go ahead.....which was already told /discussed/explained at the time of submitting and follow up calls)!! By the end of this entire episode I still had basic dust problems, missing base cap for connector, 1 return trip due to incomplete job. I took the camera in the existing conditions realizing that it was a risk to further allow amateur servicing techs to try working on my camera.

Nikon camera and lenses repair centre. Good but repair cost expensive. But still its a peace of mind that parts will be genuine. Its good idea not to bring car here as there is no car parking nearby as its a very busy street. Wish there would be some more service centres around city.

Highly customer oriented service center in Mumbai. The two front office staff operates very much like the customer service team that one might hv experienced in the US. Polite and courteous service..

Drove down here after I was not able to get through the helpline for a long time. Looks like they have only one telephone line which is also the same for outbound calls asking customers to pick up their camera. The traffic on Andheri Kurla Road is crazy so you should check Google maps before leaving. The staff is professional and the service is good. I got an sms alert when my camera was ready.

Service center is good. Staff are helpful and professional. If your camera or lens is in warranty then its good for you else it will cost you a bomb!! Service charges post warranty is way high. Nikon pls take a note of this. You might lose your loyal customers who uses products for long time.

Apart from service charge which is super-expensive if the product is not under warranty. I am pretty impressed with the service quality though, receptionist are efficient and very Co-operative. Take all your warranty card and necessary documents along if product is in warranty. Be patient. Because they have to do a lot of paperwork and analysis of the product to understand the cause of problem. Which might take a bit longer. Expect anywhere between half and hour to 45 minutes wait time.

The only authorised Nikon service center in Mumbai. Staff is helpful and polite. Was given estimate of Rs 800 for sensor dust cleanup and Rs 2100 for lens cleanup.

Go to place for any Nikon related services. It is not a shop you will not be able to buy camera or accessories. I normally service my camera here . They have also helped me fix my older lenses. They service all kinds of Nikon camera. They call back with approx cost , once you approve it they will go ahead with the fix.

Great service by staff but not up to the mark by Nikon as I’m not satisfied by the lens service as for that particular issue.

Staff is well mannered and have clear understanding off issues. Also they will not hide anything from you at the time of service. Whatever cost will be charged will be confirmed first and then action will be taken.

No one answers the phone here. Thereafter, I had visited the service center around 3:00pm & the shutters were half down. Although Google shows timing of 9:30am to 6:00pm, they put shutters down at 2:00pm & do not entertain any requests or questions. Highly unprofessional behaviour & service.

I had given my camera and lens (fungus) for cleaning, and had a bad experience, since the lens wasnt cleaned at all (possibly). The same fungus is clearly seen in the pics even today. Can someone suggest any other better place for Nikon lens cleaning in Mumbai, please?

That was an unbelievable story when I took office vehicle during my stay at Tarapur Atomic Power Station to Nikon Service Centre here. My Nikon D7100 has a damage in one SD card slot. That was only few months after I purchased it online. It is a Japanese local version. Anyway the centre could not verify from its Sr. No. and refused guarantee etc and estimated a huge sum , board has to be changed etc. I did not agree and went back to Tarapur. Later I repaired the camera through Central Camera at VT. Central Camera charge a small value and clarified that the SD Card slot was broken and so replaced !!

If you resides in or near Mumbai, then you should come to this place for all your Nikon camera problems and defaults. The only reason is the staff is very helpful and the service center is equipped with proper tools and staff as well to handle your camera. Its located few steps away from Marol naka metro station.

I visited this place on 29/10/2018 after 2years. I am really surprised by the professional behaviour & service and to the point answers to questions. I will highly recommend this place for camera equipment maintenance.

Its Nikon service center. Once you get down from marol metro station its just 2min distance from it. If coming from sakinaka metro station it will appear to your left. If your coming from chakala it would be on right. Its opposite to bharat petrol pump. The services are tooo good. I have experienced the same. The front desk associate is too representable and helpful to the customers. Thank your for your great sercives to team nikon and special thanks to the madam for solving the issue before the given time. Its great to be part of Nikon family.

Please refrain from servicing your camera over here.I gave my Nikon Df to fix because the reflex mirror was stuck. It took two months for them to fix the issue, and the camera came back with more problems than it had before. After first receiving the camera, it was not reading the aperture values from the lens, and after pointing this out to them, they fixed it. When collecting the camera again I saw that they had installed only one screw on the lens mount when there should be five [This is oversight to the point of foolishness]. After asking them to replace all screws I checked the rest of the camera and I could not find any other faults at the store, but after coming back home I realised that none of the function buttons at the front of the camera were working. And today after about two months of having the camera back I find that the internal light meter of the camera is again not interfacing properly with the lens, so I cannot trust the meter readings I see in the viewfinder, which makes the camera useless for quick photography.

Good staff very helpful and polite guide the customer in very well manner explains the problem and give us the proper guidance and cost cotation to fix it over all it was very good.

They are horrible as far as quality of technicians is concerned and worst they don’t want to take any responsibility. I submitted a working camera and they returned a broken one but still refused to take responsibility. I have filed a consumer forum complaint against them.

Its located for mainly nikon brand service centre. All employees are toooooo helpful and understand your problem. Always taken call for solutions for any problems. Its not for any type of buy products and accessories of nikon camera . They lisne problem and try to as soon as possible solving. Any camera not available on time they taken cameras and given after some days solving the problem. Also available All types ATM card access. Lens cleaning charges are increased by 8 times more than previous year.. Nikon plz do something...

Staffs are not at all helpful. They are not even bothered to ask the consumer what help they need. Even after telling them that the product is bought a week ago and is under warranty they say they will charge you Rs.550 just for checking your equipment and would ask you to keep your equipment with them for a day or two stating if required they will have to open it which would cost you Rs,2000 +GST and they themselves do not know what can be the issue. So they might or might not repair it and they can still charge you Rs,2500 + GST stating they repaired it which we dont know whether they did it or not. These staffs are just waiting for people to cheat them and scare them either to get money out of them or letting the consumer go without submitting the equipment which would reduce there work and they can enjoy like a typical government employee does. I wish I were a Canon consumer..I cannot travel to Panvel or Thane since there is only one service center in mumbai.

Recently i went with my af s nikkor 24-120 1:4g ed n lense, Im using a Nikon d610 body and have problems with the sharpness of this lense in particular. It doesnt happen with my 50 1:1.8 g they said theres no problem and the staff handled my lense with the least care putting her finger prints on the lower/inside element of my lense. When i told her to clean it she did it with a tissue paper when lead to leaving more marks then she had initially made. And now my lense is less sharper then before

One of the best service centres for any electronic item.Location - Easily accessible, next to Matol Naka metro station.Staff - Truly professional and knowledgeable.Service cost - If camera is in warranty then good, else costs can be high.Service time - It can take around a week for normal repairs in non festival times. But if a festival like Ganesh Chaturthi is nearby, service centre is very very busy.Staff even gives advices about taking care of the camera. They are very honest. Once my point and shoot cameras battery was totally discharged and it was not charging. When I showed it to them, the guy charged the battery externally and returned it saying now it should work. They didnt charge me a penny for this.👍👍👍

Attended basic DSLR workshop. The trainer was good and answered everyones query.

Horrible experience...they are here to loot the customers who are unaware of the specifics and charges of the various parts of the Camera. For a new lens which would cost me around 6 to 7k...they were trying to sell me a repair of my old lens at the same price...thankfully I knew someone with experience and asked him before submitting. When I confronted the front desk lady about what they were trying to sell...is when she started saying..is was also going to tell you the same...big time fake people...stay away from this horrible center...high time NIKON India looks into the standard of its service centers..
