Actually i am confuse cuz my daughter as taken admission in lido online programmer and when paid her fee in my account is reflected with some name AHDARSH Coaching Center are associate of this frim or is it some kind of fraud we have already paid 80k for the course

I found this Ed-tech platform very useful for my daughter as I have seen tremendous growth in her in terms of communication. milestone projects are very useful for the kids. Im happy with LIDO LEARNING.

I was hoping to give it a poor rating, but unfortunately, the site doesnt let me give any less than one star. I get the impression that this company is controlled by criminals. They will misbehave with you if you refuse to accept their services. The teachers overall quality is very poor. I believe that the government should impose some regulation over the operation of such courses, otherwise we end up putting our children in the wrong hands unknowingly.

The LIDO App has turned education into an interesting and interactive experience . While the courses themselves are great, what really helps is the detailed guidance by experienced tutors. Students can learn things they wouldn’t know otherwise.The LIDO product team is truly a talented group of guys who enjoy what they do. The product development has been absolutely amazing and its great to be associated with them. I am definitely enjoying the setup and hope everyone who joins the company will get a taste of the same. If any teacher is lured by MGP let me make it very clear that youre not gonna receive it. They change schedule as per their convenience. Teachers don’t turn up for the session without any notice and keep kids waiting. No mechanism for the feedback. The person who approached you 2–3 times a day for the admission doesn’t reply to the messages. Very unprofessional.

I guess the founders take inspiration from frauds like Vijay Mallya and Nirav Modi. The worst tutorial for students and teachers. Teachers are promised a salary but then denied the promised amount on the last date. My friend worked here and was promised Rs. 15,000 salary if she agreed to take class from 2:30 pm to 9 pm as part of something called MGP at the end of the month the management tells the teachers that , we are a start up and are trying to build a plane while we are flying it and then refuses to pay the promised amount. They then stop taking calls, messages, stop replying to emails and then bluntly deny paying. If you promise 1,000 then pay that 1,000 but if you promise 15,000 then stick to your word. Would not recommend this for Students as well because teachers change after every class so students cannot get comfortable with any way of teaching. Its the worst place to work or study because these money thirsty people will take full fees and not deliver the quality and then wont pay the teachers their salary . Im sure the founders will run to United Kingdom soon with all the money they have stolen from the teachers.

Very bad, worst, disgusting service I have ever experienced. Its a total fraud company only meant to grab money from people. I was promised good service but nothing like that. Since last more than a month I am requesting for refund of my amount and almost daily communicated with customer care but they have not refunded my amount. People please stay from this company and dont waste your money and time. Its really horrible and headache. Seen your reply. I have already posted my correspondence on the given address but not received any positive response. My concern is now only with my amount and to get rid off from your worst service.

The free class went well with my kid and we were about to take decision. But the barge of calls and WhatsApp messages from the LIDO team were not appreciated. The content of the message was not suitable for an educational institute to sent to prospective clients and we backed out. The messages were sent at 1 in the morning asking for decision on the subscription, was not at all appreciable, thought it could be a scam..

The platform is amazing!! They really provide you an amazing atmosphere for learning. Content is very good . The teachers are incredible, they have great relationship with students. Great customer support.

The awesome teachers at LIDO ensure that students are engaged and excited to learn throughout the class. Since, there are just 6 students in the class, everyone gets personal attention. Despite the technical issues, teachers manage to pull off the class very well.

The teachers and sir are not at time to join class. The classes time are over but many of the times the teachers and sir doesnt join and start the class. I am giving only 1star for it.

I have had the worst experience ever with this platform. I needed the invoice for the payment i made in February 2020 and have been calling for last 20 days every single day but havent got my invoice copy as yet.I truly hope the management looks into this as this is extremely shoddy customer service!

Total fraud company, full of cheaters, high promises and they are never on their promises, worst customer services. They never fulfill their commitment and nor refund your money. No support from customer care, they dont provide address and number also. How many mails you write they dont answer, this is just a fraud to collect customer money.I am going into legal process to get my money back, who ever are here yet to get their refund back can join me.

My kids love attending their LIDO online class. The lessons are as per the board syllabus and are interactive - the teachers are warm and friendly and encourage student to learn through interaction and discussion.

It has been 3 months since my last review and discontinuation of classes.Lido learning provided substandard teaching,their syllabus was way behind the class and their promptness in action is worst.First Mr.Vinay called to lure the parents into taking their course and asked to take free classes.Then academy adiser Mr.Saket Raina askeinformed about payment options.He told that classes can be discontinued if we dont like them.He opened my account in zest money and took personal loan on my name.Now when we asked to discontinue the class,after paying for that month in advance.Forget about the refund,they are not even sending intimation to zest money to close the account.Now they have money taken via personal loan from zest money on my name and i have to pay EMI.Daily i get atleat 3-4 calls from Zest money to pay EMI,even when i have discontinued the classes since 3 months.Now no one from Lido learning picks up calls.With the nexus of lido learning and zest money i am suffering.Dont get fooled by this people.Save your child.Date: 6/4/21 In this corona Pandemic the calls from zest money continues.Lido learning asks you to join the classes but later gives no respone to your concerns.

Total fraud company, I completely agree with Brijata, Lido is full of cheaters, tall promises made since day one but none were fulfilled. Right from the quality of tuters to batch timings to the portion covered nothing as promised. Fradulantely making me sign for Zest money finance was a classic, making all false promises which i realised later. Worst customer services they always have standard answers which are good for nothing with no point of escalation. Because of all this unsatisfactory behaviour I have cancelled the subscription with the trial period. I was promised that I will get the refund within 15days and no questions will be asked. I have cancelled in April and still chasing to get my refund. More over their partner Zest money is chasing for EMI payment despite updating them about the already cancelled subscription.They have a good sales team which makes many promises hand in glove with the associated school and then they disapper once you buy their services. You cant reach them on any numbers and there is no address provided. Emails are unanswered or you get a automated reply. I have run out of patience and I am exploring a legal route to get rid of this harrasment. Brijata and other suffering parents do let me know if you all are open to a joint legal action. I am also planning to break the story in the Media soon in order to expose this fraud. They say you enroll for the class and if you do not like it, no question asked and we refund your amount. We got out kid enrolled for the class and paid the amount. Since her school timings increased and also coding would be introduced to her in school. We decided to opt out of the lido program. Its been a month and a half we are yet in the process to get the refund. The refund policy are just to harass you. To take the money and not to return back. My advise would be...Dont go for it.
