Hilti, the name the brand signifies quality products in power tools.I always wanted to own a Hilti drill machine and visited the store driving 70 odd kilometres, that was the level of expectation from the brand.However the dismal behaviour and attitude of the store manager has completely put me off. Maybe it was too high expectations from my side.The store manager or so he claimed just changed the cost of the product after being informed that we wished to avail discount.To summarise; there is deception in product pricing. So a same product could be sold for 15K to one customer and 25 K to another.

Multi variety engineering products.

Outlet of the Hilti chain. Most products are available. Better check the availability over call before visiting the store.Easily noticable from the main road, parking can be done if available, which is there most of the times. You will spot lot of red cars with Hilti logo on them, parked just outside.Staff is good.

Excellent in-store customer service.

A great tree and place to sit. People come and make it dirty as long as you keep it clean its a wonderful place to just while away time.I am talking about the place outside hilti. I am nowhere related to the Hilti Office. Hilti employees do their work and are a bunch of nice chaps.I am mainly talking about the place outside the office.

Hilti Vikroli is a nice outlet, all required hilti products are available in stores, staff is good, cooperative and helpful. #AA

Its nice but due to the ongoing metro work itll take some more minutes than expected but the hospitality was very good.
