Ill-mannered, fraud, rude, arrogant & I am short of words for this man- Pragnesh. He refused to give demo class, he said if we are not happy with the tutor he will change it. On day one he sent a fresh engineering grad student who was googling methods to teach science to my daughter. We requested another teacher, he abused, spoke rudely and said he wont. He refused refund right after the first class. He hung up on us, refused to give his address, and hasnt responded to text/calls since. Sincere request to everyone to not fall for this scam!
