Please remove the helpline number as it is of no use, because no one is going to pickup the call and resolve issues.An administration department which itself needs to admin first

I came here to dispatch a letter, the procedure is too long as I waste my almost 1.30 hours to find the concern person. The behaviour of staff is also rude. Everyone is pushing their responsibility to another person. This is worst experience ever for dispatch a single letter to department.

Meeting Time Is 2pm to 4pm and also most of time staff is on holiday ..we can come here and bang our heads

Basically this is a building relating to your food and drug licensing. You can register here for food or drug licence. Building is not maintained properly. Lift system is not in proper conditions.

Very very irresponsible people, No one knows whats going on.Applied online for Fssai Registration more than 2 month back but no response till now when contacted to Fssai toll free no. the executive doesnt know the status.... he gave me local office ( Kolhapur ) executive mobile number which eventually was wrong number.finally I somehow got the local office contact number when I contacted their and ask the status the fellow was very rude and ask me to come over their for status...... if applicant is required to go personally FSSAI office then what is use of online application?further there is no communication with applicant regarding his application.... and only after applicants enquiry they give such kind of response .......This is our ease of business??
