I went here for my passport police verification. The process was smooth and people were friendly talking. Environment was clean and quite.Everyone was busy on there work. And then I saw MrAA Jadhav the one who visit our home for passport verification.. he is nice person and explains everything nicely.

My mother mangalsutra stolen at Mulund toll naka(in front of police chauki) on 20th August 2017 in front of 100+ polices and CCTV + 3 Star polices. Still polices are not able to found theft. Please help me.

I had logged the accident case on 27 th July 2017. To get the case logged I had to struggle for an hour. First I had called control room. Call connected to thane control room based on geographical location. Call dialled to 100 from Mulund connects to thane. They diverted to mumbai. I called Mumbai region. They picked up the phone and told that they would send some one onsite. No one came for around 40 min. Then I went to traffic post near Nirmal lifestyle then they redirected o Milind west police station. They noted the complaint and said that they will call. Now its more than 15 days but they still they are unable to trace bike owner mh 03 AG 7034. They dont reply to emails or share update on phone. The person who logs complaint has to keep following up and the person who breaks laws has nothing to loose. He is roaming free.

The response is most pathetic. The staff doesnt have value for common citizens
