The staffs of Mumbai Consulate are too good, My experience with them is to renew my passport and was directed to one En Ridzuan, and he is very humble and assisted me throughout the problem. But at the last minute I change my mind and decided to travel to Malaysia and this time also the enquiry emails I sent was replied in few minutes and that person also assisted me and I have got my approval letter to travel in one hour. BRAVO to team and Thank you so much

You can go by appointment only. Visa processing is now handled by VFS and for any other work like attestation visit embassy. However, email and enquire all the document requirement beforehand. The phone numbers are seldom answered.

Right from responding to my email for visa appointment to getting my visa done within 30mins the staff at the visa office did an outstanding job help me out in every way possible. Thanks to them Ill be able to meet my husband after 4 long months.Note: the visa section is 200-300mtrs away. For that you have to walk on the main road, Notan plaza. Its on first floor. Also sharing a image. Hope it helps

Telephone lines are not answered. Website server down. Personal visit does not work since you have to take appointment before hand. Wonder how do we take appointments without phone lines and websites(for email address) working? Least support received when I needed the most. Extremely disappointing and worthless experience.

Hopeless people.. Tried to call them during an emergency situation but the phone line is not working.... This is not acceptable.. Shame on you.... I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY YOUR ARE LISTED ON GOOGLE IF THE SERVICES IS NOT AVAILABLE...!!!!!!!

The staff is supportive and you will get every bit of information when you call.You go by taking appointment and they will not take much time to entertain you.I have been here twice and they didnt took morethan 15 min.

The reason I give 1 is because there is no 0. The visa section is just completely unprofessional. They do not answer calls even when you try continuously for a weak. This is really shameful and this kind of disregard should be taken seriously.

I called 15 times continuously for 3 days as I was in urgent need to confirm regarding my visa.. till date no one receives the call..No sense of emergency, this shows that ur staff is not trained properly

The consulate is at the right address but if you are going for any visa or passport renewal issue then you have to go to another building about 200-300m away..so better call n ask them from before where are you suppose to go..other than that their services was awesome and very helpful.thank youmalaysia.

If I had a negative I wud give one. Pathetic phone connection. Number that are forever busy. The lady who answered my call was rude and unwilling to help. Very very poor!!!!
