I wish there an option to give zero stars. Pathetic service. Their online portal and website is a joke. Customer service and call center are also clueless about their own services. We had booked cleaning service, but no one showed up and after calling call center many many times, we dont get proper reply

We had shifted and needed deep cleaning for the rental house. I found smartfind service very good and prompt, as in very short period I requested for the service and within on time they responded and their service people were at my door step..... They did a very remarkable job.... Thank you Smartfind. I shall recommend others in friends and relations for their service. G8 work done.

Worst service, technician charges x2 times more(cost of the part was approx. 1k and I got charged 2.6k) dint even rectified my issue, not given invoice, worst service ever I have seen for a refrigerator repair. (1 star is more I would love to give it in negative) as per the service I got. better hire a local technician

I have booked smartfind for my 2 bhk flat deep cleaning, they have send mahalaxmi cleaning to my place . agreement was 4100Rs, Mahalaxi guys asked me 1900 extra as flat was more dirty as they expected and i am agreed but after paying 6000Rs they didnt clean flat completely and left my flat unhygienically, I have given my feedback to samtfine with all evidence but you know what happened then executive of smartfind is on lunch break since i have shared my feedback. very unprofessional attitude with zero skill ... i am not going to do any business with Smartfind now.

I serviced my Ac and its not working since they serviced. complained and had to pay all the charges again and after a few months it stopped working again..now when I call them they say its been more than 3 months so we cant do anything.. Had really really bad experience with them. We had all the discussions with them and they have committed for on time service but ruined our whole event. They called us on last moment saying they cant provide the services. How could they do that, if that was the case then they should have informed us earlier when we had booked the services, we would have arranged from somewhere else. Dont Trust them at all if you are planning special event, they will embarrass you on last moment. Very unprofessional.

Do not call or engage this company. They land at your house door repeatedly even if you have not confirmed the service to them. They send you payment bolls for services not provided for. There is a problem with this e com vendor. This needs to be taken up with appropriate consumer court or forum.
