I had visited Dr Seva as I had a terrible pain in the neck and I couldnt move. She was kind and over a period of days, took me through strengthening exercises and advised me on posture and other useful things that can help me avoid this in the future. I had this notion earlier that physio come in picture only when there is an orthopedic problem. Proving me wrong was Dr. Seva Pilgaonkar. She treated me for my severe back pain which was prevailing since 2010.In a matter of 2months not only did I was free from the back pain but started playing sports also. I had contacted Dr. Seva Pilgaonkar for a ligament tear. She made precise diagnosis and gave some simple exercises. Along with helping the ligament tear to heal, she ensured I got back my lost mobility and balance.
