Basics : Their Website registration details are hidden, the Partner named Rahul, his number provided is not valid. His identity is completely hidden. you wont find his name or full name anywhere on the website or emails. Rachana the co owner wont let you talk to him directly. 365 days you get one reason hes travelling. This being the authenticity of the company.Personally : Due to pandemic I requested for refund, asking them to take even 10% deduction and refund my deposit (even though they had our deposit for nearly an year and enjoyed its interest income) . However, they are forcing us into taking their service by hook or crook in the paid amount. While there is a complete shift in plans, I could find a cheaper photographer due to my personal crisis and use the money for better. However, due to their so called policy which isnt valid as per consumer law due to pandemic, I am stuck with my money being blocked out for services we are being forced to take.Also the co-owner will herself yell at you and throw attitude, when you get into ugly conversation with her, she will demonize you and talk about your decency and how your family would live with youYes I asked this woman to come cook at my home, because she kept insisting/yelling take any services from us but no refund. After which she offered 2 options. What else could a photographer offer when their services are something we cant afford. And what lies What is a lie in being transparent about your personal situation and uncertainty of how we wish to plan ahead and what proofs, when its the same whatsapp chats that we share and call recordings. Shes making it sound like as if some harm was done to her. The Lie part is such a scam on your part Rachana, when we have been transparent about the whole uncertainty of way ahead for us.When suspicion is from their end as shes again worked up about her partners identity and about 365 days, when I first met her at her Flat/Office he was travelling and his number is not valid till date. Why the Secrecy ! Why is your Website Registration data hidden. Why am I allowed to talk to Rahul only via conference call with you ? Yes they gave us several option which arent feasible for us also with uncertainties on date and location its really difficult for us to make any choice, but at the end of the day its a POLICY of a company during PANDEMIC whose name was changed 7 times that she is holding on to.And FYI 22nd March Event stands cancelled was informed via call and whatsapp msg on 18th March itself, but you insisted to wait it out.Inspite of your not so feasible several offers the reason this review is out there, because I am not sure of the quality of output you would offer, after our verbal conversations, since I am so forced into taking your service.One can easily sense her tone in her response. Also, what is a one date change, there is a night curfew today, there could be a lockdown days later, are you still going to say, we allowed one date change now we cant help ?

Probably one of the best Photography team in the city. It was a wonderful experiencing to let Shutterspeedindia capture the moments of our wedding. We could not have asked for better candid wedding moments. They were always present at the right time at the right moment even if the schedules went beyond the expected time. I dont have a personal experience but one of my cousins wedding photography was covered by Shutterspeed, and they are very happy with the outcome.
