It is highly unprofessional company.pankaj mathur runs only after money.be careful to do business with him.He will show u something and do something.FIrst he will show u good photos for sample,but once we go for bulk he will ask for money and transfer photos which are not good in quality.when u complaint he is least corncerned about work.we had very bad experience with him.we made him payment.quality of photos were very bad.u can check some of them on flipkart.in my next post we will share photos clicked by him.when u ask him to correct he will first ask to make payment of 5 percent balance.how can we trust such person who has already cheated on 90 Percent payment.be careful of such person.i m replying in response to wrong post made by him.whatever review given are all his staff member,so dont go after the review .I m leaving behind last mail we sent to him .in this mail we have send him products for reshoots which were of bad quality.u can check through screenshot he has asked for reference.we have send him.he is least concerned about it.In his reply he has mentioned abt payment made.we have made him payment.we asked him for a visit to studio.He made lame excuse and never allowed to go through photos clicked by him.we made mistake of making payment before going through all photos.we will post picture quality of photos.plz go through those photos clicked by him and judge abt his quality.it is bitter experience for us.it is suggessted never make him payment before going through work.We are big loss.our 80percent photos are of poor quality.he is insensitive towards customer.i will post his picture quality and market work to help u judge better.In the end instead of correcting his work he made wrongpost ,which was used blackmailing tool to get his 10 Percent balance.Least concerned abt customer greivances.plz be careful of such person .
