Extremely unprofessional staff. They made me pay for the same purchase twice saying we hv not received the payment, though I shared with them my bank details which reflects money got deducted. Later an amazingly rude senior person there told me to swipe and they will refund the old amount in 3 three days. Later after 7 days of constant bugging they said they cannot refund. Be careful to use only cash here. Disappointed. Hope the management takes care of this jn future

Its such a relief to find a Pharmacy that has everything you might need in an emergency. I wanted some keto plasters/paraffin gauge after a severe burn and to my surprise couldnt find it anywhere in Powai, even Hiranandani Hospital Pharmacy and the wellness stores.Apart from keeping difficult to find stock, they went out of the way to deliver at home (8 kms in heavy Rain) in the middle of the night for FREE.Hats off ! Keep up the good work.
