The big Regal store at Colaba is now shut and sold to Reliance.They now have a tacky , dirty , small place near colaba Sassoon Dock which is between 2 bldgs and stock is really limited.Guess the government really works for Ambani

After the malls noisy and over stuffed items I fond Sahakari Bhandar homely and the staff courteous not pushing you to buy cards, promotions etc.

Its exhausting ...nit comfortable to shop...only its reasonable

This is the worst place. Cheap for aindian standards but dirty and cramped. Only if you must. Other locations are at least a bit more spacious. This is a rats hole. In fact I wouldnt be surprised if rats really lived there.

After the lockdown its become difficult to visit this branch. They open at 10 AM offer a few tokens to people standing in the queue and close as soon as the tokens are exhausted. Even after taking the token you have to stand in the hot sun. Star bazaar is much better organized. Here they are rude and dont care for customer.

A store with items a very reasonable prices. The name is a translation of Co-operative Store. My own experience tells me that these shops are generally good and keep the items reasonably priced. The store is small however the quantities of item and the shear number of items is mind boggling. The whole has led to internal space that is cramped.

All types of packaged goods and Grocery items are available there and also fresh fruits and vegetables are there. Main Things is that you will get lots of Discount from Sahakari Bhander.

Went to buy a floor mop and was told off bY the supervisor Kiran Shirle that since its not a classified essential item he cannot sell it. Its ridiculous to not allow a floor mop especially when we are required to maintain hygiene at home and no maids are allowed to come for work. He said phenyl is permitted??? Can someone please drill some sense into these people.

Like the regular Sahakari Bhandars this one has a variety of Indian good. Mostly within the fast moving consumer goods spectrum. Fairly haphazard in the way it operates, its worth going only if you are looking to do some bulk shopping with some small savings.
