She is an amazing doctor and a good soul. She is very knowledgeable and knows her duty. We always feel positive around her. She has always helped our pets. Recently there was a storm and we called her for help for rescued sunbirds that we had kept at our place. She helped us in every possible way & didnt even charge us for her assistance. Went for grooming of my Bernard. Excellent and meticulous grooming done. Even my Bernard was happy as she came home without any bruises and neither was she anxious through out the grooming process.

My pet was treated with utmost care and excellent customer service was provided. Staff here are welcoming, polite and gentle with the pets. I truly appreciate Sujit (staff member) the way he handled my dog and went an extra mile to make sure he was calm while he tended to him. Cheers!

The staff here is obsessed about spraying sanitizer liquid. I had gone here to buy some cat food. While I was picking it up, the staff started spraying the sanitizer liquid on everything. I was also showered with the liquid since the fan was on full speed. I politely requested them to stop for a minute since the liquid was falling on my head and body but he did not stop. Instead told me its just sanitizer liquid. Of course I know what it is and thats why I asked him to stop. Then he told me, Kuch nai hota with an attitude like I am the problem here. Extremely rude. I hope these guys understand that showering your customers with a chemical is not something which is normal and kuch nai hota. I have been a regular customer but no more. It happened in the evening time.This was my 2nd time similar experience here. First time I didnt say anything. But it happened again and the attitude of the male staff was just extremely rude.I dont have any complains about their products or anything.

I really like the way Dr. Geeta treats the animal with care, we took our cat to her for treatment she was very gentle and professional and in single visit treatment the cat was cured and her prices are also very reasonable.

The variety of products are very basic. Additionally, they dont give you any kind of discounts. I literally had to ask for it upfront. Thats when I got a 10% discount to my bill.

Great place for pup lovers get all you need

My dog is a labrador. I got her neutered by dr.geeta. it went well. No problem there at all. Also i ve been consulting her aince last five years and shes been very helpful. Plus iny attempt to save a stray cat, she was kind, accomadating and considerate. She offered a very good discount considering my attempts to help a stray. This gesture was unexpected and sweet.

Worst shop. Ever since they changed their name, their service has gone from bad to worse. Their staff doesnt have any idea about their products and are least interested in what you need. The previous shop was best.

Doggie paradiseThis is a great shop/salon & clinic for pets . Super friendly staff with great grooming skills and all types of pet supplies and medicines . The medicines are all at MRP and stock is up to date . My dog reeko is super happy . Full 5 paws
