The owner an his staff was very polite an had a grate experience an the store has every type of products avilable you dont need to search what you want any ware elc, you cant tell it a store its like a mall for your pets

A good shop at Juhu Mumbai for pet related requirements. They have everything from Pedigree foods, soap, collar belts, plates, etc. The shop is well maintained and clean clean at all times. I visit here for my Rottweiler dog. They offer discounts if you purchase of higher value.

The staff have a couldnt careless attitude. More interested in talking amongst themselves or are on their mobile phones. My 3rd visit here & the service seems to be getting worse with every visit.

One of the worst places to shop for your pets. I bought a bag of dog food and it had insects in it. After contacting them for exchange thru gave me another bag which turned out to be expired. They have absolutely no inventory management. The staff is ok not the most helpful.

Love this store, have been visiting multiple times a week for more than a decade!Unfortunately, the young woman that has recently started roaming around like a boss the last few months is extremely rude, condescending, and mean to the staff on top of everything. She seems to be the owner, Mr. Bipins daughter.Hopefully he can teach her some manners and customer service before she starts driving the customers away!

From past 3 days shop workers are ignoring my cat food delivery. Looks they are not bothered. I had ordered whiskas adults my 2 cats started vomiting so I told them to deliver whiskas junior . Its been 3 days I have been repeatedly following up but they dont care. Their customer service is pathetic and needs to be taken up with consumer court.

I have been buying pet food from this outlet.. much over a decade. Reliable.. and almost always.. they stick by their time of delivery. I have interacted mostly over the phone.. and find the staff.. courteous.. helpful and efficient. Recently.. I happened to visit the store by chance.. and enjoyed the experience there.Was glad to see.. that they feed a few strays themselves.. They have kept a few altered cardboard boxes outside their store.. to shelter cats from rain.. They have also given shelter to a blind doggie inside the shop. The place is not much different than other such stores. Shelves lined up with various brands of Pet food. More shelves.. stacked with accessories for Birds.. Fishes.. Turtles.. Dogs and Cats.. Health care.. Products for Grooming .. Food bowls.. Cat carriers.. etc. Amidst all this.. and more hanging collars.. chains and leashes.. I was delighted to find.. small bells.. just bells.. colourful looped bells.. to hang on to Cat collars. U see.. invariably our naughty rowdy kitties.. lose their bell whilst playing. Its such a bother looking for that.. one lost bell all over the house. And buying another collar.. each time a bell goes missing.. doesnt feel quite right. So this was perfect.. now I shall simply replace bell whenever needed. Haha.. What a find!Well all in all.. I quite enjoyed browsing through the well stacked shelves.. in the cool confines of the airconditioned outlet. Whilst billing.. I started to chat with the owner.. and was pleasantly surprised to learn that he has opened a Vet Hospital for Animals.. in his hometown.. Kutch. He went a step ahead and invited us to Kutch.. to come and see.. all the welfare work he does for them. Such enthusiasm and love for animals.. is hard to find. Three cheers for him.. and Mark the Pet Store!!
