Great experience at the shop as the vendors are helpful and suggest the right products for you pets be it any breed and whats best is they have a Vet Dr sitting right next door in their shop even she is very nice. Payments can be done online too and things above certain cash limit can be delivered. Products are genuine. They have a lot of variety for wet food,dry food and treats for cats and dogs specifically. The are usually well stocked. Do not expect delivery during covid due to limited manpower though you can drop by calling them yourself or send a swiggy pickup with proper instructions post confirming availability of products and timings with the vendor.Keep it up Castor & Pollux + Vet

They do not stock on necessary products. Wanted to buy slicker brush and wahl pet trimmer. They said it would be available in one weeks time but even after a month and so many calls they did not stock them. plus the pet spa area is really bad and clumsy they use it as godown

It is a very nyc dog shop, various dog items available . This shop in hanuman road vile parle east. It is near from highway. U can find their shampoos, shops, food etc. According to your dog breed.

My labradors body belt didnt fit well

Worst place on this earth for your pet. They had promised me to keep my dog for a day, and these people on the very last moment cancelled it. Saying their staff cannot wakeup at 7.30 in morning. The staff have me their contact numbers and now no one is receiving the call. On top of that the owner is a very arrogant woman, she didnt even care to answer me properly. She dont know what is going on in her store and she is just irresponsible. Now I am stuck in a whole mess as I have to catch my flight at 9.30 am. And these people have ditched me at very last moment.Shame on you, Castor & Pullox.If Google Review had negative marking I would have given minus rating to these people.And Madam Owner if you dont know whats going on in your shop, and what your staff is promising to the customer, then i think you dont have right to run that shop. And please learn some politeness. And try to talk nicely to your customers, its not that difficult.Just give it a try.
