Im not sure of the qualifications of the owner but she sure does like to act like shes a vet and not a groomer. I was given 10 pieces of unsolicited advice of how to take care of my dog, Id just like to tell you that please stick to your job of a groomer and not being an unqualified vet. Also since you like to give people free advice, il give you some too. Please clean the place a bit. The whole place had dog hair all over the place. Please be a little less condescending in your tone when you are in a service business. Also, A virbac episoothe shampoo costs rs 300 and charge 400 rs more to use the same shampoo for one wash is beyond my understanding. Anyway I think its pretty clear I wont be visiting this place again. Do not recommend :)

I have been taking my daughter Dora for over 2 years now and have been content with the service provided by the staff at this place. They have been very courteous and warm. On her every visit, Dora was greeted with love and care. I can be rest assured that my daughter is in safe hands.I do have a feedback for them. At times when there were back to back appointments, the spa was rushed with the required time for the spa getting compromised. However, I would still consider visiting Bubble for my daughters spa treatment!For the girls who have been there for quite sometime. You are doing great service, thank you :)

Go to place I have been going to them since my baby was 9months old and have also adopted one through them. They definitely know how do take care of your babies.

I have been taking cuddles(Lhasa Apso) my pupper to Bubbles pet spa since the time she was a baby and till date they have been great with there service and quality and cuddles also loves it there and is never uncomfortable around the staff. Even the appointment scheduling is prompt and I personally find the rates also reasonable for the multiple range of packages they have. I highly recommend this Spa for your pet.

I got my son lucky (chihuahua ),staff was good but cleanliness o% during COVID tym .There was hair all over the place,combs had hairs of old dogs . Grooming box which had dogs perfume ,ears oil was bad to another level .

I used to take my four legged brother here for all things grooming, sadly those days are no more as my brother is in a better place now. Staff (including manager) are amazing, professional and most importantly loving. They take good care of your loved ones and I cannot see any fault with this place. Go for it you wont regret it.

Many dogs at my home boarding service have used their service we deal with other peoples pets so have to be extra careful as we dont want them to be unhappy with us for any reason. My clients and I have seen their work and can say they are good and know their job.Best is call the spa and Inform rakhi if you are taking a pet for grooming and book an appointment so that she can also be there I always do that.Rather later crying on this platform because of your own negligence.

Good services, easy to get appointments and reasonable price. One of the best pet grooming salons in the city.Staff has hands on experience in grooming and its very hygienic they clean the table before taking in a new dog and use fresh towels.Earlier my dog was highly depressed by getting groomed at a wrong place and even got tick later turned out be a skin infection. As I have been regular with Sasha hyper lasa i find him even weeks after grooming.Highly recommend!

Our first experience with this spa was great. My sister and I had taken our newly rescued dog to this spa for grooming and a bath. The owner was a sweet lady who handled Sky very well. The second time, however, a visit for a bath turned out to be disastrous. Only the staff was present at the spa. Sky was treated horribly by them; he was yelled at loudly, for whimpering. Knowing that hes a rescue dog and gets anxious when his family isnt around, the staff continued to be rude with him. Sky was scared to the extent that the poor dog refused to eat that day. I dont really think I will be comfortable taking my dog to this place again.

Its a great grooming centre managed by women. Hence an extra care, attention and love is given to your pet while they in distress. My experiences have been great with my not so co-operative pet Coco :). They have handled him almost care.

I am not happy. Very harsh staff, not at all gentle on the puppy. Shouting at pets and physically pushing if the pet doesnt turn or sit during bath. It can be done gently also. The main groomer uses only machine trimmer. Probably doesnt know to use a scissor. Not sure of her qualifications as a groomer or they are too lazy and unaware. In short, I came for a bath and scissor trim for my golden retriever, which looks like a lab now. They also think that double coated dogs should get a trim in summers and heat but thats not true and I was shocked to hear from them, so ignorant.Anyway, I should have just left but I had kept my hopes till end. Not coming again, not recommending.

Just cancelled my appointment with this place. Took the appointment on Saturday, they said they will call to confirm the appointment. no call, no confirmation and when i called them to ask whats the status, they are rude and absolutely arrogant. Not even considerate enough to re-arrange the appointment. clearly you are nothing but just bubbles... nothing of substance.

Good services and reasonable price for grooming dogs. The are probably the best grooming center for dogs in the city I have had very bad experience with initially with oh my dog and doggie dog world after which I started doubting every groomer but they changed my mind for good.

One of the best in Mumbai. Only ethical groomers I can trust for my pets. Rakhi takes interest herself in each pet being groomed than the boys doing it by themselves. Clean place and pet loving staff. They doa lot for strays around. Pets are often given treats to feel comfortable while grooming starts. They recommend Sooraj a pet boarding in andheri which turned out be awesome as well.

As a first timer ...its been a horrible experience ...the owner is a sweet lady unfortunately the staff are not in her absence ...i took my 4 month old puppy for a package treatment ...the staff was so rude i walked out with my little boy half way through the process. Very insensitive staff and rude . Will never go back and do not recommend to others
