Its all about staff and got a very quick service from Prachi Kasare, people have really rated very less for this center may be due to the waiting timeReduce the waiting time which will enhance your ratingsAlso, do not visit during lunch hours as the service will be slower

Despite multiple visits and calls the team cannot seem to assist me in closing my late mothers account. It is quite clear they have no empathy or consideration as a brand or even as decent human beings.Ive been running around for 3 months, and all they do is ask me to come next time. Plus now they are asking me to pay for a fault on their employees part. Shameful.Save yourself and choose another bank.

This is the worst experience with axis bank loan center. The RM Bhavika Choudhary is the worst person to deal with, she misguided me through the process of personal loan and made me liable for 7 lakh loan whereas I was looking forward for 2.5 lakh loan. Axis Bank schemes are clearly fraud, be careful with thir schemes. I am paying double emi because the customer service decided to ignore my query. Going to close my personal account as soon as I am done paying the loan. I have been the longest loyal customer for 7-8 years and highly disappointed with the service.

There are limited number of customer care counters in this center (only two when I visited on 23 Oct 2020). Hence, wait periods are very long (2 hours in my case). Make sure that you take token number from the security guard the moment you reach there.I found that customer care executive are reasonably knowledgeable. They respond patiently even when facing heat from angry customers.I was informed by a customer care executive that Andheri loan center (HDIL) does not have many visitors and wait period is relatively short there.

Due to rush,it is better to visit with time availability of 60- 90 minutes if you are here for change in Home Loan Terms or for moratorium impact query.

Really very pathetic service at customer care center. Kindly give training to the staff about customer care, or else go to another bank and learn about the service. HIGHER AUTHORITY should look into this. Public may avoid AXIS BANK due to this worst service. The CREDIBILITY Of your bank may loose one day.NB. CUSTOMER IS KING.

Calling customer care since last one week, they picked calls but didnt register complaint and they cut the calls...even theynthey providing complete details which I insist to provide.....also very bad behaviour and customer service officer didnt have answers of my question...they transfer line to there senior, he didnt give any answer, and cut the call. Now I am going to customer service officer at goregaon, will update further......

A good bank to bank with but the only hitch is some of the staff who are not bothered for their clients. Faced similar experiences in couple of their branches. The timings should also be increased so as to be convenient for the common man.

Very unprofessional, had personally visited to raise a request on 13th March20. I was confirmed the request will be processed in 4-5 working days its still not processed.The call center girl says to visit the branch personally again & they cant do anything about it. Whereas the branch was shut down due to lock down.Lately the services standard of Axis Bank have gone down. I wish I could give 00 stars

Pathetic Experience at this Particular Loan Centre Branch.One should go there only of he has spare 3 to 4 hours . Because they take pretty long time just to attend a client.And half of the team is not even trained properly , they actually go to other team members table to get help for resolving queries.

Worst service. Dont ever take any service from this bank.No proper system. They say something and something else happens.I have done the pre payment and their Goregaon loan centre manager said. AAP ka EMI amount Kam ho jayega. Not to worry.Biut it did not happened.Their call centre has very limited information and most of the time they say, visit loan centre.Not even 1 star.Worst Worst Worst Service.

I applied for personal loan and submitted all the documents. But your agent (Ranjit) is trying to fool me. Said loan paas ho gaya and still amount is not credited in my account. I told him atleast share my loan application number but I didnt received any feedback even I tried to call several times but ending up with no response.

Pathetic and horrendous service.I tried to get detail of loan Centre by my axis retail branch which just provided me the address saying grant sarovar ke pas Hai find on google. I asked for timing and contact no which they said we dont have. When I visited the loan Centre it was closed.I reached around 4.40pm and operational timing was 9.30am to 4.30pm. When I raised the issue they were not able to solve it. So they crossed question me am I the account holder? I said no. I came on behalf of my mom. They said u need to carry a authorized letter with self attested document proof of accountholder and authorized person in specific format (document allowed eg. PAN, passport but not aadhar card). They told me after this only we can talk otherwise my mom can file a court case for this non compliance. I felt like punching the guy in the face. I asked how would a person know he needs to carry such documents and what r the timing. Executive told me its understood that Centre would be closed by 4.30pm. I was like u look dumb and act too. How would I know what are the Centre timings. There is no details regarding it on website or any axis retail bank. I told him atleast axis branch should give us this detail so we dont have to come again for this stupid document and timing. They told we ll take this as feedback but cant help with it. I told him I ll get u this document mailed on your email id as I dont have time to visit ur Centre again and again. Such rules are made to harass customers and deprive them to complain. The only personnel whom I found helpful was the security guy who answered my questions calmly. No parking in the premises. They ll advise u to park in Honda showroom Lane near to grant sarovar.Conclusion : axis bank and loan Centre both sucks big time in service. Instead of solving the issue bank and loan Centre deprive customers to give up the problem by giving excuses of compliances.
