Inquiry desk at Reception is very much proactive in assisting visitors along guidance for lift management z cool to avoid rush.

Its a commercial building very nice place... While going there be careful for your car parking as there is very little parking. And car parking is not allowed inside the building for the visitors.

Went here to give an exam. The building was clean and had a peaceful environment. The staff was very helpful and all procedures are done systematically. Value for time.

Excellent experience.. I had IDCCM exam here @ prometric centre, thats on 6th floor of the complex 1.. experienced n proffessional staff.. D complex was easy to reach.. it has two enteries, one can use either of one.. d one on d backside is spacious while d one on d veer savarkar flyover side is on main road..

Entrance from bridge side closed. However I took a Ola and map drops me to that location. I have to walk 6-7min again to enter from front gate. Really dissapointing.

This complex does not provide any parking to visitors. Use the Witty International School lane and park in that street. Students appearing for GRE need some nice place to relax so use the garden adjoining.

Great place for Competitive Examination!

Techniplex is the ideal building for any office. This campus houses various big corporates. The security is very strict. The ambiance is lovely. The view from office is also superb.Only lacunae is VisitorParking. When ever I visit this location I have to park my four wheeler on road side and its a big challenge to find a parking.

I was here for the prometric testing center. The place is good. The gate opposite Radisson hotel was not open so had to come via gate 2. The nearest landmark is MTNL if you are coming from Goregaon station.

I visited Y Axis immigration consultants which has their office in Techniplex 1 , overall the infrastructure was maintained very nicely and security level for the building was very impressive.

Its nice place to work. Its very closer from the MTNL Goregaon. Now the flyover is there so no traffic and easy to teach there. There are many of companies are there also you have RBL Bank atm in side the bu8lding. On 9th floors you will get the ATM.

It is corporate park on SV road malad. If you working here then its good other wise parking is biggest headache. Security does not allow you for parking inside unless you have valid mail. Otherwise you to park outside on your own risk.Tight security, neat and clean corporate park. Easy to access from Goregaon and malad railway station. Can reach in 5 min through rickshaw

Its a corporate park where you can find a lot of companies have their offices. The parking is great and security is sharp. All covid safety precautions are followed here from temperature monitoring to sanitization of vehicles and offices.

I was here for my GRE exam they dont allow vehicles inside which caused me a nuisance the watchman at the gate where themselves confused about the location of the test centre which was in the same building. After entering the premises I found the gate which was at the centre, where I found a watchman who knew where the test centre was. overall the building is good and there are also few offices here.

Quiet and well maintained place, parking for staff, 24x7 hours security and municipal water, wheelchair friendly, enough lifts, well connected for travelling and many eateries around..

Its a commercial complex. Glass buildings may fancy it. Ive been to many other which have good ambiance and decor like fountain etc. This is not so well maintained. Apart from a commercial place for offices nothing great.

Clean and neat professionally managed complex but unfortunate to say no visitors parking. One has to park the vehicle out of complex where always threat of police towing your vehicle. Management should charge reasonable amount for a visitors parking as ample of space is available by which can generate revenue.

It is a corporate building. I went here for my TOEFL Examination.TOEFL Test Center is quite good and fully centralized Air Conditioned. So I recommend test takers to wear full sleeves Shirt or Tshirt as it may get very cold during test even during summer season.You can be there even before time. Reaching before time will make you understand instructions quite well. And your exam will also start early and will finish early.

Went here for my gre exam! Very easy to find ! Staff are helpful and prompt ! They have great computers and lockers which make the text taking experience tension free. They also provide water and other basic refreshments. Overall had a wonderful testing experience

The office block needs serious maintenance and cleaning up required. No toilets or other facilities for the visitors.

I went to this place for an exam. This place is just behind the flyover. Looking at map we get impression that there is no way. But way is just behind flyover. Also ample parking is available in this complex.

Gave my GRE exam here. Excellent facilities. Staff is very professional and helping. They have lockers to store your bags and phones. You can keep the keys with you during the exam.Exam rooms are comfortable and quiet. Be sure to wear warmer clothes because the AC tends to be on the cooler side.

Center is quite huge. Discipline is observed. Facilities provided are neat and clean. PCs are good. Staff are strict but of helping nature. Overall a great center to give your exams.

The campus is just mesmerizing. Apart from that the security is also pretty good. You have to first register yourself at the main gate, and then a complete check is performed , and then you are allowed to go in.

Situated near veer Savarkar flyover, the building is famous for RBL bank, as well as exam center for professional exams in Prometric Centre.

Techniplex has young crowd, a lively place to indulge in. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The building is well lit and is clean. You have good companies under one roof.

Cons -1.Cafeteria not available. To get breakfast, lunch, snacks or even tea you will have to walk down.2. Lifts are weird. Always issues with all 4 lifts.

Adequate directions to locate different offices. Clean. Saperate lifts according to groups of floors. You dont have to wait for lift for more than 30 seconds.

A commercial area siyuated just beside the flyover, where the surroundings are averagely maintained. When you are visiting this place do remember autorickshaws and outside vehicles are not allowed inside. Be prepared to walk for a while.

I was here for my GRE and TOEFL exam. This is the only place in Mumbai for these exams. Exam hall is very cool so be prepared and come as some times you wont be able to concentrate. Bring your passport as they wont allow you for the exam without passport. The staff is very kind during the exam to helpful for any problems provided you follow the basic information.

Work centres with RBL bank based of this facility. Had fire here last year but seems all okay now. Lifts can be crowded more often and might take time to hit the floors on time
