Authentic Maharashtrian restaurant. Underrated.and not talked about much. I would go on to say that this one serves better Misal than Prakash and Aaswad.
Tambe arogya bhuvanLocation Dadar west near kabutar khanaBest place to visit if you love authentic maharashtrian food.Let me tell you everything on the menu Ive tasted and its delicious. The taste is upto the mark.I just love this place.Cost wise very reasonable.Do visit this place. #foodie#old is gold
Must visit eating house their traditional homely, maharashtrian food dishes. Their sabudana khichadi is the best. Served with big dollop of coconut chutney, it tastes great. Their batata-wada is very tasty. But the red chilly chutney, which is served with the wada is to die for. I just drool over it. Their kokam sherbet is also very nice.
Whoever has said dont judge a book by its cover they have told the truth ..its applicable to this restaurant ! Though the area and ambience is not so good ,the food quality really makes your tummy feel like you had some good quality food and your mind at peace because it wont make any severe dent in your wallet ..so overall Good service , delicious food mostly basundi and yes a good to go restaurant at Dadar ! 💓
One of the oldest and pocket friendly food joint in Dadar west, servers Veg Maharashtrians cuisine. Ambience is very old type which can be ignore. However, food quality is good. One Must try: Misal Pav, Kothimbir vadi, Thalipeeth, Batata Vada, zunka bhakari, farali misal, Sabudana Vada, etc...

Good for Maharastrian snaks...Lunch and dinner is ok ok...
Mast. You will get here authentic Maharashtrian food. Located on the very busy street of Dadar West. One must try the Kharwas made by raw milk. They have day wise food items. I guess weekly shutdown is on Wednesday.
This place offers delicious Maharashtrian food at very affordable rates. It is near Kabutarkhana, a walking distance from Dadar station.Though the menu is limited, the Thalipith, sabudana wada, upwasachi misal, Piyush is amongst the best. They also offer sweets like dink ladu.
The condition of the hotel is very old, but the food tastes very much home-made and tasty. The thali-pith with its delicious chutney here is very famous.
Awesome Food 👌🏻 👌🏻 👌🏻...Well reputed Maharashtrian Hotel...Hygiene is very well maintained... Good service... Nice place for foodies 😋
Very simple and testy Maharashtrian food at very affordable price. Ambiance is very simple old hotel type, no so great. But Im ok with it. Clean and neat. Do not expect anything fancy here.
Nice quality maharashtrian food. Very tasty and very much in budget. Food served was piping hot and yummy.
Nice place to have maharastrian snacks and lunch as well..batata vada..pitla bhakri and kadhi bhath is best
Tasty food. Best for affordable Maharashtrian breakfast. Nice service. On dadar streets so dont expect parking space.
For those who love authentic Maharashtrian food. Dont go by the looks and ambiance go for what they serve and ignore everything else. Must haves - Bharali Vangi, Piyush and Bhakri.
Good food but rates are too high for the ambience and the service. They need to work on it urgently.
One of the oldest restaurant in Mumbai. Carries legacy of typical taste. Happy to serve people in a old style interior. Extremely reasonable. 2 people can full their stomach in just ₹300
Its very nice restaurant and its a complete maharashtrian food which is too good to eat
Previously its a good place for having tasty tea but this time found the quality missing
Good place to have maharashtrian dishes like Misal Pav, Puranpoli, Sabudhana vada and Varan Bhaat(Plain Dal rice). Seating arrangement is bit cramped with small tables but service is pretty fast..
Simple restaurant, simple yet delicious Maharashtrian food, prompt service. Would definitely visit again.

The best for eateries...So much better than other usual restaurant. The ambience may not be that good but the food is simply the best and unique
Simple & old hotel arrangement. Quality Mahashtrian food with sufficient quantity at reasonable price. Staff & Management is simple and friendly.Do not visit if you are expecting modern restaurant experience with non Maharashtrian dishes.
Excellent place to have typical maharashtrian snacks. Good taste and quick service
Old look but very good in food test , quality like home made food .
Superb homely taste, simple but good food in Dadar, variety of authentic Marathi food ,day wise diffrent menu cost effective ,must try for Marathi food
Old is God, Nice place in Dadar for clean and decent environment. Food quality is awesome.
There is newness in the OLD...keeping it alive. Why should ony corner cafes get the attention. This Maharashtrian restaurant is still hot. Misal Pav, Thalipeeth, Kothimbirvadi, Poha, Sabudana Vada and many more. No aerated drinks here...Piyush, Kokam sharbet, Tea...pure veg. We get used to sittings at air-conditioned restaurants, but do get out of the comfort and give this place a chance. Well deserved 5*. They prepare sweets too- Puranpoli, Laadoos and couple more.
Its an old hotel with wonderful Maharashtrian dishes .Misal, kothimbir vadi,Thalipith and Iowas Padarth are its specialities.
Good for typical Maharashtrian snacks. Quality is okay okay type. Nothing great.
Tasty Maharashtrian dishes... Quantity with quality in reasonable price.❤️❤️❤️
Great taste in a reasonable rates
Old style Maharastrian place. Well managed from the looks of it. I loved the Misal. Very decent cup of tea compared to the swill that is served in most places now a days. The cup was small but at least it was not that stupid plastic thingy...I plan on going back. Many more things to try...
A must visit place for every food lover. Pure authentic maharashtrian food. Good homely service. One of the last few such eateries left in Mumbai. Bonus - a time travel into 80s (maybe 70s) as the decor of this place has probably untouched since then.
Owner is very polite and helpful. A pocket friendly vegetarian restaurant. Good for marathi snacks.
The Poha was very ordinary, though the quantity was good.
Awsome place to visit ... Thali pith all time favourite
