Nice building and serene location, but terrible society and managing committee infamous for having late night functions, violating noise pollution norms since years, shamelessly disturbing all those living nearby. Its ironic that people living in a building named Serenity love destroying the serenity of the location.

Please dont point these flood lights into our windows. You can point them downwards instead of upwards. Thanks. And I hope your realise theres a fine of upto Rs. 1 lac for violating noise pollution laws.

A wonderful place in Borivali area to live in... Within the proximity of national park, the building has the neighbourhood of Raheja Reflections group of buildings... The maintenance of society is very good, you can hardly find any other building to be of the same facilities as this...
