SUPER SLOW SERVICE!!! Despite being amply staffed!!The cheesecakes are super yummy. The food is really delicious and the portions are ample but you need a ton of patience!! The sole female staff member is efficient but the male staff is definitely not!! They do not pay attention and despite giving the order for 4 dishes at once, each dish came after long gaps!! The staff isn’t equipped to handle more than 1 customer at a time! And they don’t care about the customer at all!!

The ambience is awesome with reasonably priced food. Had Barbecued Cheese Chicken Fries, And the specialty omelet. The omelet was simply amazing and heavenly. You can prepare your own omelets with add on with your option of Cheese like Mozerella, Parmesan or Cheddar. Tried with bacon and onions. The service is also attentive and you can spend a good time here reading some books as they have some in their shelves.One less star was for the CheeseCake which was disappointing. We expected creamy but instead it was a bit hard and didnt look fresh.Would definitely visit again!

I ordered a Red Velvet Cheesecake from this shop and loved the cake. Was impressed by the cake in the first looks only. It was too awesome. The taste was too good. Everyone must atleast give it a try. It made the special day more special. Its a bit expensive though but worth every penny. Would order a cake again from this shop only!

Had the chocolate muffin which really yummy, could feel it was freshly baked and cold coffee standard taste. But might visit again to taste the pastries because everything looked so delicious.

One of the beautiful interiors I have seen! The staff is quite friendly and polite and service is very fast. They serve awesome and mouth melting cheese cakes. My absolute favorite is red velvet cheesecake. But they are quite expensive.Also, if you opt for delivery, the packaging is not at all good and also they dont even provide spoon with the cakes. I had ordered two pastries and the box was so small that both of them got stick to each other. And delivery is way too much costly.Dine-in here is better than delivery.

Visited this place for having some great time and for good cold beverages. This place has a lot to offer, starting from the pasteries to italian food it has a wide menu. Also the staff was courteous. Also the ambience was really good.We had ordered1. Hot chocolate- It totally worth the money. It was very thick and had perfect consistency. Also it had rich chocolate flavour in it.2. Brownie and nutella milkshake- It was presented so well, it was looking tempting and was mouthwatering. The nutella was used in it in very good quantity, making it more rich in taste. The presentation of the dishes is very pretty, the quantity of food is also very good, prices are a little steep, but the quantity and presentation makes up for it.I went for breakfast and ordered an American breakfast with scrambled eggs, the eggs were cooked to perfection, but the bread basket I received was horrible, the croissant was dry, the cinnamon roll was flakey and dry and even the muffin was very dense and dry.The other components such as the fruit platter, bacon and everything was really tasty.I didnt expect poetry, being one of the finest bakers in town serve old and dry breakfast breads. I will treat this day in isolation and not let it affect my overall image of Poetry, I hope to have a better experience on my next visit.

We went here on a Saturday night after dinner and a leisurely stroll - on a whim ordered the banana split waffle!High expectations from this dessert place and have go say it did not disappoint. Just look at that side banana crisp fried to perfection with caramel coating, soft waffles with banana and Nutella inside, ice cream on top with drizzled hazelnut and caramel, and maple syrup to go. It tasted as good as it looks - we devoured it within minutes!Ambience is cutesy with pretty little decorations such as a bookshelf or fairy lights or some little statue. Relatively tiny place with 7-8 tables total. The atmosphere is like a dessert bar, well lit with pastel colours and pretty lights.Stellar service with fast response and I always like a place that serves water.I will visit again soon on some cheat day 😉

My sincere advise never to buy anything from them until u have physically seen the product !! Extremely dissapointed !! A wonderful destination for dessert and a few continental items right in the heart of Hiranandani. While it competes with Theobroma which is just a couple of doors down, it offers its own unique charm. Every outlet in the franchise has a completely different decor, and this one feels cozy and with a bright ambience. Superb for its deserts. The vegetarian pastries are amazing and filling! Also, I really liked the brownie nutella shake, it was super tasty. But they had a very limited items when it came to Jain food. White pasta were good but I expected some more varieties in Jain dishes. Ambience is great, the service too is really good. I had a pickup from love& cheesecake. Ordered cheesecake Slice it was horrible and didnt taste like cheesecake at all. It was kind of stale, taste like old paneer and the base taste was nearly a roadside pastry base. I am 100% sure the cheesecake Slice was not fresh and handed us 1-2 days old cheesecake, you can nearly see the hard part and dark yellow on top. Worst experience with poetry A brand like this serves this kind of cheesecake? Must think twice before buying from here. Very disappointed with this cheesecake. The sauce was rich in taste it was served with salad like lettuce and mayo on it alongwith 5-8 fries which were hot and properly made. The blueberry cheesecake was also good but red velvet was fab.The cakes are quite expensive.Food -Red velvet cheesecake- 5/5Blueberry cheesecake - 4/5Red velvet cake - 4.5/5Price - 3/5I found the place expensive as it was 160 for a cheesecake and 750 for half kg cake + 5% extra GST.Note - Make sure to check your bill before leaving because in my case they added an extra cheesecake,and even on pointing out their mistake they were not apologetic.

I have been to this place many times now and each time i have had a scrumptious food.. the pastries and waffles are just too good. The mains are delicious as well.I have tried the Nutella baked cheesecake, Nutella layered, devils desire , new york original and the belgian chocolate waffle.. all of them have been just wow!!From the mains , i have tried burrito, spicy chicken in orange mustard with mashed potatoes, grilled slice chicken and fries... They were all just perfect!!The ambience is different it has good vibes , simple yet classy... The service is good too!This is the powai outlet of love and cheesecake.

We got a Red Velvet Cheesecake for our Mums birthday & I really loved it, however what I had in mind was a Red Velvet flavoured Cheesecake & what it really was, was a Red Velvet cake with some cheesecake (ish) (not particularly) filling & topping which was my actual turn off.Even though I loved what we had, it only didnt me my expectation so thats that.

Have heard lots of good things about their pastries so finally decided to take a visit here. 1st i was totally impressed by the ambience, which was so classic & clean typical powai type of cafe or restaurant.Red velvet cheese cake was the best i have ever eaten. First i used to crave about red velvet from Starbucks but after eating this i dont think i would eat in Starbucks again. Price of the cake was also cheap (165rs)compared to Starbucks it was much cheaper & much better in taste & quality.Apart from cake everything here is expensive but you cant really complaint about it. Oreo shake was average as it was not outstanding but you can get same or better in local cafés also. Staff is polite & ambience is best no doubt.Great place to hangout & must visit for red velvet cheese cake. Ill be visiting them regularly.

We had the New York Style Cheesecake and it was not all that bad. The crust was the biggest disappointment. It wouldve been better to have a crumbly nutty crust instead of the chocolate powder one. This is one of the reasons why I dont have much hope from their other cheesecakes as they all use the same crust. The rest of the cheesecake had a thick consistency and a rich aftertaste but overall I wouldnt die to have it the next time.

Its a small outlet, but the quality is supreme. The cakes here are very delicious. There are various flavors but the best one and must try cake is the Red Velvet, it will take your taste buds to heaven.

As the name suggests this place specializes in cheese cakes and they make it really well too. Not a big fan of red velvet as such but their red velvet cheese cake was top notch. It’s pricey but worth a try.
