Horrible behavior by the sales team. Trust me, the behavior of sales team will determine your flat buying and staying experience.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!I went there to enquire about their new project Avighna Nine. Youd expect no shoes in a show/ sample flat, I was told to remove mine in the sales office - STRANGE! I was asked to fill out a form like all other sites. I didnt provide my exact office and home address as I wasnt comfortable sharing it. On refusing, the manager demanded and said he will not entertain my request if I dont provide it. He said after providing all the details, he sends them to his office to check and get approval- VERY VERY RUDE! You do not behave with customers like this! This is not how you PROFILE your prospective clients.

One of my favourite skyscraper in mumbai is a Twin 61-storey Luxury Residential Towers, strategically located in the heart of ParelWith close proximity to central business districts like - BKC, Nariman Point and excellent connectivity to entertainment and leisure avenues like Palladium, Atria, ITC Grand, Shangri-La, Four Seasons. Temples like Siddhivinayak, Mahalaxmi, Mumbadevi and Wadala Hanumanji are just 10-15 mins drive away. Domestic and International airports are separated by a drive of 30-35 mins. Also, affluent residential areas and hospitals like- Worli, Peddar Rd, Napean Sea Rd, Breach Candy, Jaslok, Lilavati and Hinduja hospitals are close by.

Amazing amenities, lavish and spacious residency, but vicinity is not so good.

The houses are amazing, the architecture and facade are amazing too, but the prices for these apartments is unreasonable given they are in a third world country and that too being the worst in all lists from women safety to infant mortality. The location is bad and its not worth it living here.
