Its built infront if my building and i cant enjoy amazing scenery because of it

Positives -- Clam place.. Well Built.. lot of natural light due to usage of glass facade.. surroundings is generally quite and peaceful.. good for corporates opening their regional offices..Drawback -- Transport is a challenge in this area..Ground Floor of building is still under construction.. so currently to go upstairs.. only lifts are available.. couldnt find staircase which ideally many would prefer atleast for coming down..

Architecture is good. Banking sector and IT sector companies are here. Good security and good view.

Transportation facility to here is quite low...lifts are pathetic.9floors with Kotak and Tata Aia

Earlier there was Tata consultancy services office now it has been moved to olympus Hiranandani estate ..many mechanical shops nearby

A very nearby place I usually visit around.A very innovative creation and beautiful architectural building. People are getting job from here.A good amount of crowd is visible near to this building even street food is also has a good business over here.

Average place to work since getting transit is a difficult task also after 10 nothing available to eat for people working in shifts. Office has 2 canteens selling tasteless food. Only the tea vendor on 2nd floor is good. One could have food outside man gate were a local lady sells home made food also tasty chass in big glass worth 10 bucks.

Place is located far from station, it comprises of Kotak & AIA office.Building Infrastructure is very good, canteen facility available. Food offered at affordable price.Only problem is commutation from thane station, big problem. Only rickshaws available that too very difficult to find sometimes.

Its a IT (information technology)sector situated at Thane ,kisan NAGAR,road no .22....Its about to closed .....one by one floors of Neptune elements is closing year by year because of his poor performance of each & every department.

Naptune Element is located far from the accessible part but with the help of Google map it was very easy to locate and I have saved my precious time.

Lift is too too too slow..😅

To far from station, you will hardly get any rikshaw here, also no riskshaw driver gets ready to go station after 6.Lifts are very old.. and very slow also cant go walking through stairs, parking issue.

This place is joke.. it was having TCS office as an entire building.. local corporator didnt receive any hafta for long time so TCS has to vacate the place.. so bad.. India and its full of corruption people.. unfortunately police is also involved but everyone is blind

Good place to come and work. Lots of food stalls outside the building to cater the needs of working guys. View from backside of the building is good. You can get meterd autos from here to station easily. There are banks also on walking distance from this building. It comes under wagle industrial estate so it has its downside.

TCS IT park in Thane one of best IT Company in the country.hotel golden nest best option if u r coming for interview.just 5 min walking distance from company.TCS campus is awesome.great security provided.safety for both men and women.

Good and clean place, hotels are not near here to eat outsideCurrently it is hired by Kotak Bank for first two floors and Tata AIA for rest 7 floorsThere is no drinking water facility nor service desk, but local security staff is helpful

It is good business company building, but now Company move some other place and building structure is empty. Now area is not well crowed are increses by local peoples.

It is actually a big infrastructure basically designed for business purpose like corporate office.... The building structure is really good ..... This place is around 4-5 km away from thane railway station.... You can get metered auto or sharing auto to reach the place.

Far away from Thane station.. connectivity wise not good place to trave...

It is an office building, I have worked here for more than 6 months and yes its a contemporary place surrounded by the beauty of nature.. street food is available here.. nearest bus stop is Wagle Circle but here the frequency of BEST buses is less and you have to go till Mulund Check Naka(1.5kms), share auto rides are available from the Wagle Circle..

Very nice office campus. It hardly takes 10-15 minutes from Thane station. Far away from metro...but a good place to work at...

Less traffic compared to other TCS locations.. Easy transportation.. Good canteen service is also available..

Decent office, near Wagle Circle. (Left side of the circle & Right side of the circle is New Passport Office). However its 4.2 km from Thane railway station. No bus service is available from Thane station, you have take share Auto only after 5 mins walking towards CST end. Or bus service is available from Mulund railway station (3.5km). But it took more time (long route) if you are traveling towards Mulund.
