My experience is also similar to one of the reviewers. I ordered some veggies on trial basis. They were good and fresh and came on time, but after the guy left i realized that they havent packed an item but i was billed for it. Very disappointed. Dunno whether to order again..

Ive been using this service since February. Its good, and very convenient. And they send a replacement immediately if the fruits are bad. So Im very happy with them. Have continuously requested items from them and will continue to do so.But a word of caution - you cant blindly depend on them as some items asked for are added in the bill but they are not packed.

This is the worst online site for ordering groceries and fruits and vegetables. Half of the items I ordered were not delivered and upon inquiring was told that they are out of stock !!!! What the hell, why would you let a customer order and then realize that you dont have it in stock. Very disappointing !!!! They should learn something from BIG BASKET.They are extremely professional and if you order something and they dont have it in stock, which is very rare, they give you a credit of 50% of the price of that particular product. They also inform you in advance about this. Local Banya is a total waste of time and money !! They dont even have tags on their fruits and vegetables stating the weight of that particular item. Ordered once and will never order again !!!! Goodbye LB......

The Worst online buying service I ever experienced.1] They are cancelling your product just before you delivery slot time due to unavailability [ which available on site ]2] Without asking us about refund options they are converting your refund money into baniya points & adding it into your account so its like they are forcing us to shop with them again.3] I ordered Orange juice but they send me guava juice4] Most of the product expiry dates are very close5] Customer care number call rates are 1+Rs. & due to recorded tape & bad response system you have to explain your problems to them again & again as every time operators are changing so you going to waste lots of money over phone too.6] Email help is slow & pathetic too.If you ask me never never try this site for any purchase.

Extremely poor customer service - the worst that I have ever experienced in last 10-15 years of online shopping! I paid for my order (assuming that the items Im ordering are in stock, otherwise I wouldnt be able to add them to my cart) and the ordered items were not delivered - this has happened twice. Local Banyas Customer services team just doesnt respond to complaints regarding non delivery of my order. All they do is put the refund back as banya points into local banya account, so you are forced to buy or forget about the refund! BEWARE of this company. Id never recommend their website for online shopping!

I saw your rate list of all vegetables. What i observed is you are not a local baniya but a fat corporate baniya meant for upper middle class and higher. Please compare the rates in the local market before pricing the vegetables.

Wrong product delivered. I had ordered one product and LocalBanya delivered the wrong product. Plus the delivery guy started pleading with me to buy it anyway. Whatever for? Why should I pay for their mistake and buy the wrong product? Dont order from LocalBanya if you are particular about specific brands.

Ordered material at 944 am with full payment with delivery slot of 11am to 12 noon. order no LB -11730414...there was no delivery for entire day and no call or sms for the update...when we call their call centre ( which we have to pay to talk ) after 5 minute some gentleman came and he confirmed that there will be call back in 10 min... no call so we call again... the status we will update... your material will be delivered today.. after 45 minutes we called again and with pure rudeness it was confirmed that it will be delivered at 1030 PM...now again at 10 30 pm when we called the response... sorry sir... it will be delivered tomorrow...for entire day there was no call whatsoever from local baniya... i have to call at their call centre at my cost and listen to some rude response...i think i will avoid Local baniya in future and would not recommend LB to my friends or family...they dont care about their customers... especially those who make payment in advance...i am sure they must have delivered material in the day across gurgaon.. since i have made the payment... i have to waste entire sunday waiting for delivery...I hope there are negative ratings possible...

CHEATER I have ordered things(order id LB-11729881) on Saturday(5th sept) ‪#‎localbanya‬ gave me deliver slot of todat 9:30 a.m to 12 p.m 7th sept. It did not got delivered by this time.No call , no response to my mail to customer service. When I called them at 4:20 p.m 7th sept they have offered me a sorry and another 24 hour delay. The presumption of on line store is hassle free customer experience.If this is what you have to offer then sorry to say my street shop keeper is better then this

Placed my first ever order with Localbanya (LB-31137515 - Sankalp FarmsOrganic Alphonso Mango) on 23rd May14.Delivery was scheduled for 26th May. Got delivery on 31st May after delay of 5 days!When we cut Mangoes for consumption, found them rotten ! One after another 4 mangoes! Felt cheated :(Never ever going to buy from local....whatever!!

My first order on Local Banya, New Delhi website on Saturday. My family had thought that it would help us as we stay in a flat on the 4th floor. Received Mangoes & apples that were not fresh & rate was higher than the market rate. Out of total 25 items ordered, I was delivered only 19 items with a message that the rest werent available that day. I had to anyways go to my locality store for buying the stuff not recd.
