VERY BAD POLICIESLotus Corporate Park. A 21 storey Building (Corporate Park/Condominium Complex)It has 4 basements reserved for parking.But the point is this parking is only for people who own 4-wheelers. Obviously we are living in India. Where Rich people are getting richer. Middle class people will be middle class forever. And I cant even guess about poor people.Anyways the point is that, A complex has 4 empty basements (On of which you can see in the photo), out of which only one is partially captured by 4-wheelers, but no space for 2-wheeler parking in the complex (reserved parking area). I dont understand who makes such policies (Must be billionaire).Ive even heard that complex management has arranged a small space (Money works you know), where you can park bikes for Rs. 500 a month (not worth). Which is completely outdoor. with one watchman. And worst is it takes you 5-7 minutes to climb back to your office after you park bikes in this so called outdoor parking area.Business of Commercial complex lies on Big Companies who acquire space in the building for business. A company is incomplete without employees. And that employee doesnt have parking space in the complex.Also the complex dining hall has very poor water pressure. You can barely wash your both hands.You cant sit with your company staff together (Office Boy/girls will yell at you.)Ridiculous.I dont understand where these people are going.GOD BLESS THEM.Share if you care.
