My self has taken own property in this in b wing,Very well maintained now and even builder has launched their 2nd floor office space also, surely it will boom soon as its good connectivity from highway, good location for office.Good stage for investment to hold.

Well connected to Western Highway, Oberoi Mall is a stone throw away. Spacious offices located in the building, facilities provided within the complex are adequate & smooth.

This is not a supermarket or mall. Place is been put to rent to many companies including some really great IT companies.

Too many internal issues, unclean toilets, vacant and we have tried connecting 4..5 internet providers no one is ready to provide connection here internal Wire is damaged and Mall electrician charges 3 to 5k for correcting the same which should be malls responsibility and they should correct it from maintenance amount- office construction and interior drillings allowed at day time as well, very noisy and no one helps to stop that- contractors misbehaves if asked to stop

Looks like its still under construction ( not sure if it really is ) Entrance is quite small, such that you might miss it initially. No quick bite options nearby and far off from both Goregaon as well as Malad station.

I work near this, very slow construction. Few companies are here but no super market or open shop , only some offices here. Lots of parking space.
