I took a membership for 1 year from which 3 months went on lockdown... Now they refuse to extend that period... Written so many mails as well... No response....

No value for money at all, worst haircut i have got even after opting for the senior stylist, also no salon charges separately for a PPE kit and sanitisation. Enrich has dropped its standards drastically. No regard for unhappy customers either

Worst experience with this salon. I was given an appoinment at 2.30 pm, till 3.50 pm there was no 1 to attend me. I was been made sit in a service room for that time, after an hour manager comes and askes me if i am ok to go and do the service in tardeo branch as their staff is busy with other clients. When i replied no i was been told that the service wont be possible now.There was no apology from any one. Staff is rude.. Managers are super rude as if they do you a favor. No hospitality at all… they really need training for customer service. Enrich is not professional.

While the technician handling my services were great. I had the worst time with the management at the front desk. Very lousy and unprofessional. Don’t recommend you visiting this franchise.

The assistant manager is very kind helpful and problem solver. she is best in the branch.

I had booked an appointment for 3 o’clock and I was there till 3 45..not good service at all..no one even there to ask and I had to cancel my appointment and come back. Bad service n front dest girl is so bad.. really bad experience

Excellent service @Enrich salon, Kemps corner.. they were professional, hygienic, and exactly knew wat they were supposed to do..I shared my refrences and accordingly Mr. Santosh edited my Hair color with excellence, I colored and treated my hair for the 1st time and was so happy with the results.. will recommend him for hair color and fusio treatment! Exactly the way I wanted my hair to look and feel. He took personal interest and worked on my hair.Its been a week now and still I do get compliments for my hair🥰Completely worth every penny!❤️

I had an appointment for mani pedi and was assisted by Trupti. She was very professional and a very sweet woman. I did my nails after almost 9 months due to the pandemic situation and am thrilled with the results. Everything that Trupti did was top notch and Im grateful.For Trupti and her skills and her attention to my comfort: 5/5For safety: 3/5Corona safety: It was not a good idea to have 3 customers in the nail salon room with no empty chairs between them and 4 people assisting them. In total, 7 people in the nail room which is a very very small room. Attention ought to be paid. Pandemic is not over. Granted everyone was wearing masks but regardless, social distancing is maintained even in buses and public transports and it would be a good idea to leave seats empty between customers and to not overcrowd.

Hair cutting service used.Mask of service provider was dangling below jise.I complained also.they insist on hygiene of customers but their own hygiene is bad.Costly too.

I was here earlier last week. The lady that serviced me was very thorough with her work during the manicure and pedicure.This pedicurist name is Ms. Reema Sankat.I was super impressed by how clean and hygienic everything was from the area where the service was done to the equipment being used.This lady was working very well. My nails where beautiful afterwards! I also appreciated that it I didnt feel her stressing with getting it done, but that she was more interested in doing a really good job. I will definitely be coming back here in our next visit.

Beautiful interiors, warm staff. Santosh was my hairstylist and completely understood my face cut and gave me a nice cut. Didnt over trim my hair either. A little expensive but well worth it.

I took service & I must say it was amazing experience .. so good service & prashant I must take this name, he was so helpful in suggesting me about my hair not only that but in Corona time this salon doing amazing time .. every 10 minutes was seeing staff keeping things clean .. sanitizing tools after every use. I recommend Megha’s services for all your skin treatments. She has a very light hand for threading. I love getting a facial with her because it is relaxing and soothing, she takes good care of my skin. Lastly waxing is swift and almost pain free. She sorts me out.Secondly for hair I’d recommended Santosh and Maaz. They both look after my hair and I have lovely healthy hair. Maaz gives good hair cuts and also good tips on how to look after your health. If you have time you must go get a hair spa from him. It is a relaxing experience.He will suggest you to eat protein rich food for healthy hair. Santosh is a top stylist at enrich and his work is good and fast. He can do my hair in 20 mins and I am ready to go out.

Been going to Enrich at Kemps Corner for a long time and they have excellent staff and the quality of service is really good. Priyanka in particular is excellent especially for threading. Ihave extremely sensitive skin but she is so good that I dont feel uncomfortable at all.

Abdul does the best hair washes. I am a hair wash addict. So every week 2 washes minimum. Abdul does this relaxing hair washes and head massages. He is always smiling and welcoming. Amita is an awesome beautician. The 5 stars r for them. They offer value for money services and quite hygienic. They have valet parking too.

Great service! But calling or getting through on any of the numbers is impossible! Call centre is useless.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. The woman who did my eyebrows had almost no clue of she was doing. It is comparatively expensive and the service here is not worth the price. I would not recommend anyone to go here.

Its my favorite salon. Very happy with the services. Services start on time. My personal favorite beautician is Priyanka who does my waxing soo nicely.

I had gone for a routine haircut and hairwash yesterday. But my haircut guy scared me by telling me I had lice in my hair. I fine combed my hair post perlice application and there was nothing. I went to a dermatologist and she told me its just dandruff. They didnt even give me a blow dry post haircut even though I paid exorbitantly for it. This was a really bad experience on my end. It was embarrassing and really not worth it. They should really not give diagnosis randly if theyre not qualified to.
