Staff not equipped for any kind of emergenciesHad urgently asked to help with first aid kit. The staff first demanded to know what happened. I told him to stop wasting time and get the kit asap. The biggest issue is that the kit is not readily available at the front desk. And the guard had to first fetch the keys from a storage room and then go to another room to get the box. It took them so long to find it that we left and had to go to all the way to medical shop which is at a good distance from Delphi. Really poor management and utter non readiness for emergency situation.

Perfect place for business. One can easily find many Café around this place for any purpose. Further, the whole area is considered to be a very premium area. When tired, one can easily visit Powai lake which very close to this building. Its a refreshing experience.Only thing which needs improvement is parking over the road. People sometimes park their vehicles or stop their vehicles on the road, this causes unnecessary trouble to the usual traffic. If the vehicles parking issue is handled properly, it would be the best business place.

Very Nice Commercial Building 😺

Its a corporate building but no parking for outside visitors are allowed. You cant differentiate between car and bike while parking. Mumbai become so difficult to travel by car . But the same is not considered while parking. The building is good and good who are looking offices in that area.

After renovation, its just became a very good place with few eateries like socials, sassy spoon etc. together.
