After working in many organisation in past from private to limited to international and now Multinational. I must say the best experience I had was by far in black n veatch, which is serving for more than 100 years across the globe.Its is an employee first company and by that I mean ,well being of an employee is first priority.You have flexibility and good facilities. But that is not what make this an amazing company to work in. It is the culture of caring and valuing each ones contribution to achieve the goal. A team effort which is like a bond of family.On a personal level I must say m touched that I have found so many good hearted individual all under one roof.Talented and expert in their field and not just that very helpful and understanding.If you get an opportunity to experience working for this company do not let it go by. Because you are going to cherish the memories and become a better hearted person at the end.

This company not eligible for 1 rating also, they doesnt know the value of employees time and money. Last month they are conducted 1 round of telephonic interview and than they forced me to come for f2f interview to Mumbai, than I have attended 2 rounds of f2f interview and I did very well in f2f interview also. Finally they gave tool test for 1hour, I have finished in 17mins with all details which they are not asked. Finally they told your profile is not suitable.Pls guys be careful before going for interview here HR Aarti Pote miss guiding the peoples.
