We received Paint Junction information through a reference and did not know much about them. We thought them to be yet another house painting contractor and were ready to face the haggle (as per our experiences we had in past with other paint contractors) as that had been the way of life living in India. But we took our chances with the good recommendations provided by our references. Paint Junction was thorough in giving the complimentary estimate for the paint work they projected accurately for painting the interior walls of our flat. They had reasonably accounted any discounts that they received for the materials and passed on to us. Be it occupied or unoccupied flat they gave very good time estimation for the completion of the work so that we were able to plan our activities around it. Once the work started, we were given regular updates with photos of the site (as we were remote to the place). We did receive color combination suggestions as well for our walls but they honored whatever our choices were but did always provide feedback. They were courteous to follow-up and were prompt in their responses (even on any complaints we raised). They completed our paint project within the targeted budget and on time. The work done was of very good quality and we were pleased with the outcome. In fact we retained them for another paint project with some wall fixtures to be done in an old flat. We approached Paint Junction for carrying out painting work for our residence. They had a very systematic approach, starting from measurement accuracy, process explanation, color guidance and project delivery in the committed time frame. Initially their quotation seemed to be on higher side as we compared it with other vendors, but they explained the differences in scope of work covered in their quotation and what was missing in the others quotation which eventually turned out to be true when we had a word with the competition. We took the call to go ahead as their technical superiority and indepth knowledge impressed us. The project was executed exactly how they had explained Initially and the final delivery was awesome.
