Extremely horrible to poor service..Mobiles are more expensive than sold online and they say they charge the premium for services they offer.I bought Redmi 9A.. I changed 8 sratch guards all of them wear off automatically. Its a unique issue which they refused to address and took their hands up stating mobile me kuch problem nahi hai.. There is a problem with the mobile..! It heats up really fast..They dont help at all but only are sweet talkers...Always buy mobiles online.. these retailers like mango are of no good use...Theyre just making money.....
