Horrible experience! No way to reach out to customer service. No response for my queries and order. Had placed an order for 3 customized wallets on 30th July 2020 and today on 4th Nov 2020 the order has yet not delivered. They said that they will refund the amount, which has still not reflected in my account. Worst experience ever. Please dont waste your money or time.As you mentioned that the refund was done on the same day. It is not reflected on my statement. I would need reference id for the same and no one responds on the number shared by you.

Ordered Card Wallet on 14th Nov. Tracking ID says processing. I received mail with order tracking details when checked that it shows pick up not done twice. Tried reaching your contact number you are not even receiving my call.Prem called me on 20th Nov after I posted reviews here and assured that product will be dispatched on 20th Nov evening itself. I called again on 21st to check if product is dispatched then he said it was supposed to dispatch let me check and call you back and till date not got call back from him.Tried calling multiple times not answering at all.
