The shop from the outside is not even half of what you see inside. Its a showroom with 2 floors full of the best of brands and the best of variety. To top it all the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Speaking to Khushboo is like almost speaking to an ophthalmologist. She is my go to girl for all my needs.

Worst man to deal with

This is 1st time I visited there, it was very bad experience. I selected a good frame of US POLO company costing around 2450 Rs but when I visited there to collect my spectacles.I felt like original branded frame was replaced with duplicate one. I fell cheated.

28 Nov 19 given order for specs, 30 Nov 19, 1st and 4th December 2019 went to collect the same but all three times I found dots on glasses, last visit i.e 4th dec they told me come after 2 or 3 days later, today(7 Dec) I went for same, they have given multiple glasses and told me you check and tell us which one is clear, OHH THAT IS NOT MY DUTY when optician gives us specs that time they should check whether there is any defects on final finishing.The owner started arguments with me do we check cloths , food while eating........I am surprised from his sentence. It proovs that they wanted from us, we should buy their product but we should not check whether finishing is good or not.Me and my family were buying specs since more than last 7 to 8 years from them, I dont say anyone do not buy specs from them but please check your specs twice before taking delivery is there any dots on glasses.

After calling them, I am writing the review so that they should not blame me.Recently I bought power glass from them. My budget was low but the sale executive told me if I buy carrere frame which costly for me then I will get free trail contact lenses with them. So I agreed to buy the frame. At the time of taking the delivery of my glass I asked them about the contract lenses and they told me that as it is powerful contact lense it will take time. Now after one month also I did not received any call from them. This is totally loot going on, to sale costly frame they are giving false promises. They have not even provided me subscription for my power glass. I recommend think before you go to Deepak opticians.

One of the worst place. They are just running scam.No matter what precription you have have, they will always recommend a new one. I went for my regular 6 month check-up and they tried fooling me with new prescription, which didnt make sense.The one who performs the eye check-up doesnt even know what he is doing. He is just reading the manual and scripts given to him.If you care for your eyes, do not visit this place.
