Please do not get influenced by the pics online.. We went for a weekend and the rooms were nothing like the pics and for the exorbitant prices we paid. We paid 9200rs for the glass room which had curtains which were torn and possibly bitten by rats, the loo made me feel like I was in an Indian railway toilet.. Really unclean. There were cobwebs in the room.. The glass was some weird material which was hazy and not really glass. Our friends paid 9200rs for a room with a lake view.. And to our utmost disappointment the only view it had was that of the syntex tanks!! When we told the hotel staff about the same they said this was the only room left.. Why take my booking for a lake view room if u cant give me one.. We tried to speak to the manager Mr Raymond who was extremely rude and had the audacity to talk down and demean and was of no help. They refused to give us bill and asked us to pay cash... When we put our foot down and said we would not till we get a proper gst format bill they made excuses and said email has been sent.. Which was just a table with the details! Please do not get fooled by what you see online.
