Polite, skilled and sophisticated people, place is a bit costly but its worth the quality and service they provide, got my first specs from them back in 2007, recently back in Mumbai and revisited the store, its aura is still the same. They will be there to advice you on everything you need, very supportive and knowledgeable staff.

Worst place .. the optician was very rude... Colaba optician , u can’t tell someone what to buy n what not to.. it is the customer’s choice.. plz teach ur staff to attend the customer according to their demand n not what u want to force them to buy.. plz don’t go to this optician.. there are better options nearby.. who are polite n good quality too.. if there was 0 rating option .. I would have rated this 0

Nice collection of sunglasses and frames. I love this place for the service and commitment they deliver on. My Acuvue contact lenses were delivered in just the same day. Thanks team Colaba Opticians.

Exceptionally great service, very friendly and helpful. I was visiting from overseas with limited time but they not only were able to swap glasses ( someone else had messed up my proscription glasses) within 48 hrs but also had it delivered to Juhu in time. The glasses are the correct prescription and were delivered in time without me having to call or remind them.This is my second great experience and would highly recommend anyone doing business with them.
