This is my first visit to The Bombay Bronx, and we chose this eatery since we were a big group of a dozen people and wanted a place which was roomy, not very loud, and had finger licking quick bites to go with drinks. The cocktails menu looked quite interesting but they were unable to serve nearly half of them, so we went ahead with the tried and tested Long Island Iced Tea, to begin with. It was not as strong as I would like it to be, also quantity wise it was a bit less. We had some fries along with it, which were quite nice, tender and spiced. Our next alcohol was Blueberry Martini, and that certainly left a better impression, while our teetotaller friends had a Virgin Margarita, flavoured with Aam Panah in slush format, and I strongly recommend this one. This round of drinks was accompanied by Loaded Nachos (veg) and Vada Pao. The former was decent, couldve done with some more cheese (of course there isnt anything as too much cheese) though the salsa was excellent. Bronxs take on the Mumbais favourite street food was really yummy, the vada and the chutney both were top notch, a must have. Up next, we had some Smirnoff, and on the plate we had Classic Margarita Pizza with Bombay Slices and Chicken Kheema Pizza, both being thin crust, both being super tasty, lots of cheese, and I enjoyed the non-vegetarian variant more. This was followed by Chicken Malai Kebab and Afghani Chicken Kebab, the latter was a bit too dry, the former being my recommendation. Our final order was Penne Pasta, in both red and white sauces, the red being with chicken. Both were very good, cheesy and consistent. We got a nice surprise at the end as we were given a complimentary round of Blueberry Kamikaze Shots. They werent strong as such, but we certainly appreciate the gesture. To sum up then, if youre looking for a place to chill with booze and finger food, dont mind a little slow service, and can do without ear splitting music then The Bombay Bronx is where you should pop in. Im sure this wont be my last visit here.

Bombay Bronx has revamped itself . With quirky decors and adding Bombay feeling to it, this one of the favorite sobo places to chill and have a drink for the crowd. There are colorful chairs, Amitabh bachchan funky dialogue on a wall, huge jeep lying somewhere and ending with a flashy headlight themed barSo usually I am not high about places which have Bombay style chaat food as I feel roadside is always better.When they served me Bombay chakana, I was really impressed. The lotus stems sprayed with pepper, bhel, chips was all so yum. Next up, I had the vegetarian platter. And I couldn’t complain. The baby corn was roasted nicely, also the mushroom was perfect.Next up, had the cheese maggi which I found very okay. The truffle oil was overpowering.The nachos was good. I mean it was normal.The desserts had not yet started when I went there.But one thing I really liked was my peach iced tea. I am not even joking but I gulped down three glasses. There was nothing unique but it was just a good refreshing iced tea.Also the menu has picked up inspiration from various cuisines, they have thai curry, pizzas, indian fusions as well.Overall liked the place for a chiller evening.

The Bombay Bronx has revamped as TBB 2.0 with cool new interiors and delicious food. The ambiance is very colourful and gives a nice Bombay vibe. I was there sometime back and tried the new menu which was really good.From the menu I tried-Afghani Chicken Seekh Kebab: Nice, soft chicken kebabs served with mint chutney and onionsChettinad Style Prawns: One of the best dish of the evening. The spices were just perfect and the prawns were cooked perfectly and not at all chewy.Veg. Platter: This one had goat cheese & jalapeno cigars, spinach pockets, crispy fried lotus stem, kurkuri bhindi and khichiya papad. Out of all these I really liked- goat cheese cigars & crispy fried lotus stem.Tandoori Platter: This one had bhut jholakia marinated paneer tikka, chicken tikka, hariyali tikka, kalimirch chicken tikka & chicken malai tikka. I really liked the entire platter.Truffle Oil & Cheese Maggi: I had to order this one as it had truffle oil, but there wasnt any maggi masala in the dish, it was just plain cheesy maggi!!! Almost like cheesy spaghetti, lacked that zing of maggi!! The dish wasnt bad at all, rather it was good but I expected something elseKeema Pav: One of the Bronx Classics and it tasted good!!

We went post dinner to enjoy drinks n music ... the place fun... music is lively and the place is packed on the weekends...the decore is colourful ... they hve high chair seating and basic seating also... the staff is very friendly n helpful ...We ordered pizzas : they are square in shape ... extremely thin and crispy ...the taste was unreal ...the pizza was so light...that you could eat moree ...We ordered margarita pizza ... superrrrrrr yummmmmargarita pizza with jalepenos .... again yummmmmmm4 cheese pizza : nice again ...French fries : they were so crispy and they were served with garlic sauce ... the sauce was tooo good and extremely flavourful...it added to the fries .

This place is amazing to hangout with your colleague or friends! It has a good vibe and best part they have karaoke nights every Tuesdays!!! So you can let your singer out

One of the most happening places in town!! Be it any day, this place never disappoints you!! Always filled up with energetic people. Go here for the ambiance and the feel!! Food is good but its more about this place that has made me a regular here!!

The restaurant is very well designed and the ambience is fantastic. Its a place where youd get a good feel about your time spent. But the food quality is not good. The taste of the food was also not up to the mark. Id suggest not to go to this place for the purpose of a loaded meal but just a place to hang out.

Could be better , not so great ambience for a wednesday

A very overrated place. Cramped and crowded, it seems to have an identity crisis. Theyve got music and people dancing music, but they dont have a dance floor. So people just dance in any free spaces available, usually between tables and on chairs. Alcohol is very expensive and yet the Cocktails are not very good. Moreover, seating is pretty uncomfortable. Dancing is quite a treacherous activity, as you always have to be careful you dont end up elbowing someone. One of the worst nightclubs Ive been to, if one can call it a nightclub at all.On the upside, the crowd is very enthusiastic and the décor seems to have a character of its own.

Superb bar, restaurant. Shut on Sunday nights. VERY VERY SAD. On other days food is tasty, delicious and awesome.

Been here a few times before.. really good vibe and ambiance of the place.. its bombay cum bollywood themed hangout. Good service as well as food.. they host a variety of events from karaoke to comedy open mics..

The food was good. Ambience is decent. Gets turned into dance floor after 11. The DJ was okayish. Giving it a 4 because I called for a Budweiser and they gave me a flat one which tasted like water. However they got it exchanged for free. Chinese BHEL was good.

Saturday night Music is good. Crowd is also nice but it gets full too fast because it is small! If you live in town and want to party but dont want to travel too much, you can always go here.

We had gone on a Monday night, the place was empty. The ambience is good, the music is good, some of the dishes are really good, while some are okish like Chettinad style prawns, the service is bit slow. Overall good place to spend time with friends.

We went there at 8pm on a Sunday. No crowd at all. The starters were pretty good. However the service was bad. They forgot to serve water. We had to ask for spoons.

Visited here because it popped up on my Zomato gold search. Was insanely crowded and obnoxiously loud for a weekday. Which meant service was super slow and it took forever to get a servers attention.

Time for celebration and Bombay Bronx was our pick. Celebrating a friends birthday on Sunday having a gala time the place just didnt let us down. Though we visited the 1st time but it just didnt seem like the staff is very friendly and courteous. We called for finger foods which were done well. The Dhokla pakoda chutney is something you dont wanna miss. We also called for some fries, corn cheese pepper balls, garlic breads, the mini vada pav. Enjoying the food i called for a virgin mojito pitcher but it just didnt work well. The mojito was just not the way i expected it to be. Located in breach candy, Mumbai is the citys bronx themed restaurant with dimmed light settings and comfortable seating is this establishment. The establishment has a Bombay themed setting showcasing locals animated images to the Mumbais kaali peeli taxi.The only thing which doesnt have the Mumbai vibe is the service staff which are gentlemen like the English men. Highly attentive and just a gesture away to attend to your calls. Apart from being attentive they are thorough with their menu and ready to provide the information one needs.When visiting this place one should look forward to their scrumptious bronx pav sliders which is best paired with their inhouse cocktails; LIIT Pairs the best. The boys in the kitchen also make an awesome biryaani.

Very overpriced for the services it offers. A cozy place which is always overcrowded. Not even a proper dance floor. If you have money to waste and want to get drunk and experience how people in the local train feel, this is the perfect place for you.

Not quite the NYC experience, but a nice bar centered on Mumbais identity as an aesthetic. Did notice small bugs in the seating area, but otherwise, drinks are priced slightly above average ($10 for a Makers Mark pour), but food is decent.

Bombay Bronx is a bar / lounge located at Hub Town in Breach Candy. It plays great music and shuts at 1 15 am but now is exceptionally crowded which puts a dampener on your experience.

We went there on a Tuesday night. The place was empty, but the service still sucked. There were many servers but none were attentive. We had to flag them down and that was no easy feat.

The decor is very mumbaikar, to give an example, there are grab handle bars like in the public transport of Mumbai (buses and trains). Rather i should call it straps, since the name is Bronx. There is a glass table, among difference type of tables, with dabbas stacked in it, taken from the famous dabbawalas in Mumbai. difference. There is a baber mirror, and taxi seat ad well. Moreover the ladies washroom has ledis painted and the waiters wear a T-shirt which say boss at the back.Moving on from the decor, the music is always dance-y in evenings + night. The coolest thing over here is that they allow you to dance on the chairs. It is good for evenings with friends. People of all age groups are present, however the average would be in twenties.Food is good too; I have not had enough variety to comment on it as a whole.

Went for womens day night, and they advertised free shots, but the service was terrible, the waiters actually rolled their eyes at us every time we asked them for WHAT THEY ADVERTISED.
