Happy with our experience.Rainy season ,weather was sometimes stormy .Beach had an oil spill so couldnt do much ,pool was closed due to the pandemic .Staff is extremely polite and helpful.Service with a smile .Food is terrific .You can drive out and do whatever you like in the area.

I wish I could give zero star. I called them multiple times but they never had their reservation team available. First time they said, reservations are closed, call tomorrow after 10 AM. When I called next day, they said reservation team is only available till 6 PM . Then I called next day and they said reservations are closed, it’s Sunday. I mean, what the heck.. Sunday is closed?? And nobody to help even with availability and charges. Website doesn’t work properly as well. I had a very bad experience but again, whatever happens, happens for a good reason. I am happy to not have booked a stay in Hotel Sea Princess Mumbai.

Pros - Location, right at the beach, friendly hotel staff, excellent buffet breakfast and good value for moneyCons - Just that it took a long waiting time for checkout (about 30 minutes). Also there was some confusion because they block an amount on your card as security and I hope the balance money will be refunded as explained... Otherwise, a pleasant stay. I recommend!

Wonderful hotel. Nice, clean and well appointed rooms. The facilities provided for the price you pay is also good. The room service is also good and fast. The staff is helpful as well. There is a scrumptious breakfast served every morning and it is yummy.

There are many reasons why I would never visit Hotel Sea Princess again. Heres a quick rundown of why. Check-in time was 2 pm, and we reached at around 2.15 pm. We were traveling with an 8-month-old baby and despite requesting twice, there was nothing done to speed up the check-in process. Finally, they got us our room keys at around 3.30 pm, by which time, we were already starving and had to head to the hotel restaurant area directly. The food was great. Priced just fine considering the hotels standards. The rooms were comfortable but the central air conditioning system was a big letdown. Despite multiple attempts, we were not able to bring the temperature of the room up as we would have liked. Breakfast buffet is okay. Just a big hype to be honest. The basic south Indian fare was actually less appealing as compared to what you would find at a lot of other breakfast buffets in decent hotels. We had an incident where the keys to our room didnt work and we got stuck outside. We headed to the desk and had to ask someone to help us out. Finally after three visits to the desk back and forth from the room, we got into the room and Overall, the hospitality and staff is a big disappointment. Would definitely never visit again

Pretty old and kind of a heritage to stay here. Old in its existence, but the quality and service is top notch in the locality. Placed right besides the sea gives a pleasant atmosphere and the ambience is great. Bit expensive, but due to covid restrictions and norms, they have slashed the rates which is very convenient and budget friendly.

Worst hotel in mumbai alankar the reception manager is very unprofessional..we were about to miss our flight just because of one coffee bill though we have dollars and they refused to change it....it was really the worst five star hotel experience in my love ....0 proficiency level and zero enjoyment

Average property. Below average staff. No courtesy at all towards guests. The only good thing about the property is the swimming pool area. Would not suggest anyone to book this property.

Yes, the hotel is at very pretty location.And yes i do understand the lockdown issues.bad attitude of service people along with restrictions from the hotel like outside food is not allowed was enough to spoil my trip. Hotel do not allow outside food, but then they should be able to provide evey item mentioned in menu card. But during my stay i was only having Indian food and even Indian there were some item which were not available. I was informed by the manager that not all staff members are available in the kitchen but in that case, i should have been allowed to order from zomato or swiggy because i was not okay with eating as per hotel. I highly recommend some other hotel with lesser restrictions as this one might spoil your vacation.

My sister and I went for a one day stay by the beach. We had booked the luxury room which is partial sea facing. We had booked after seeing the pictures. They gave us a very old room with shabby interiors. Later we got it changed but didnt get the same view. The comforters arent clean and not at at soft how (a 5 star hotel) would have. The next day at breakfast I did not carry the complimentary water bottle from the room as I had seen a pack of bisleri bottles in the restaurant. I was suffering from jaundice so could only have packaged water, thus I paid for a new 500ml bottle without asking for the price assuming that it would be nothing more than 50-60 rs since its a 10 rs bottle. They charged me 118 rs for a 500ml bisleri bottle which was actually given complementary in the room. Charging this much amount because you are a 5 star hotel is not luxury but ridiculous. Exploiting your customers/visitors like this is ridiculous. The staff was unkind and rude. I did not have a pleasant stay.

I wish i had a option of not rating anything to this stupid hotel..I had visited this place with my friends and kids and really it was a terrible experience. They did not allow us to take any outside food and we had to eat our lunch on the street. It is their strict policy that we have to order food from their in house restaurant which is drastically overpriced .. also the rooms are too small to be considered as 5 star hotel rooms … its a utter nightmare

Decent property on the beach.But they asked for a mandatory Rs 5000 deposit before admission which wasnt mentioned anywhere while booking through TripAdvisor.I even showed them the terms on the website and they blamed TripAdvisor for the same.Disappointing start to what should have been a good holiday

The window glasses are never cleaned and suffer from corrosion destroying the sea view especially from the luxury room..The reception desk is extremely slow filled with incompetent staff who take forever to complete the check in and check out formalities..Rest everything is decent.

Great experience. We Stayed for two nights. Reception staff could be improved. Other staff are great, restaurant is very nice and served great food in lunch dinner and breakfast all. There was a wedding and was too much noice but it is there business so we need to understand. Perfect location with less traffic. Clean and spotless rooms with average view. Nice spa. Starting with Elevator, smells like cigarettes throughout my 3 days stay.Bed, were highly uncomfortable and small. Mattress was so tough it felt like sleeping on floorNo noise cancellation, I had a conjoined room, I could hear everything from next room, we had a baby eith us, and it was very difficult to make her sleep.Staff behaviour, very unprofessional and makes you feel like they are doing you a favour by allowing you to stay. Very curt and sarcastic at times for no reason. May be they are underpaid, lolPoor room servicesSo many restrictions makes you feel like living in hostel, these were not related to covid. For example not allowing you to have food or liquor on the outside seating arrangements which is an open dining area facing the beach. This was one of the reason I booked this Hotel

Property is okay however they dont allow outside food which is inconvenient. Also the food is quite average.

Worst service. We booked our hotel at 5pm. We reached the hotel at 7 30 pm. The hotel management says the room is not yet ready. And when we asked if we can order food from swiggy they say its not allowed so we asked them if we can order from their kitchen they say without alloting the room we cannot take the order. We have been waiting from 1hr in the reception and still our room is not alloted to us. Very poor management.

It was Wow kind of experience. Everything is just perfect say cleanliness, services , ambience and hospitality. Food was also good and front desk and guards all were just too good. The duty manager anil yadav was so rude at the front desk. While checking also he was very inpolite. I belong to jaipur and did not know about the hotel policy. He made me sign a form and never informed about the no food policy. Told me to wat the food outside the hotel. When i asked if i should throw the food. He told me to go ahead. His behaviour was very very rude. Am surprised in a 5 start hotel like yours, how can a person and specially the duty manager could be so rude. He told me no food and drinks allowed once the food came. When i asked hin howcome liquor bottle went in the room. He changed his words and said only one bottle is allowed. Very disappointed with the unprofessionalisn and rude behaviour of mr anil yadav. I think he is in the wrong industry and needs training . Very very disappointed

With covid protocols its been a ok experience for now. Previous guest slippers were under the bed. Even someone writing notes were left on writing pad in room had previous guest scribbles. We had to request them to replace bulb in room. Dine out area facing Juhu Beach is not operational. Charm of dinning and sitting in open areas is off the books for now. Indian food full of miri powder or masala. You can order for indian dinner till 4am. Due to covid restrictions it was served in rooms.

Hotel has the perfect location near Juhu beach and the area by the pool side is a picture perfect view. Rooms are neat and service is good. The only improvement could be the food (taste wise). But nevertheless everything else about the place is just awesome...

It is such an shady place to go , small lobby n rooms , plus the staff at reception Mr.Arvind was so rude , Hotel Sea Princess left an third class category image

We didn’t stay there, but when we reached the service was poor. no water was served, and we were told to wait for 15 mins and it passed to 2 hours. we had a 6 months baby with us and they kept saying the rooms are getting cleaned and after 2 hours they say no rooms are available. only single bed rooms are available. it was a complete waste of time.

Beautiful view to the beach(Juhu) and on prime location. Great spread of breakfast. Service at open air restaurant by the pool is very poor.

Location is good , but service very poor . Reached at hotel 12:00 pm and waited 2hr to get the rooms. Unprofessional receptionists . Sea face entry always closed ask them to open but they take long time to do this and we were waiting outside until. Bathroom sleeper only 1 pair for a couple . :(

One of the finest hotel I have ever been in last few months i have been travelling a lot since LOCKDOWN.

Highly recommended for those who opt for a quite and peaceful place for dinner time with your family... The evening buffet dinner is a must try specially for the vivid spread of desserts and patisserie.
