4 stars for seating comfort and vehicle suspension..but 0 stars for the kind of service ..driver and other guy was filling up the bus at each stop like a local transport vehicle..at one stop he wasted almost half an hour to fill up the seats by almost 10 people having no prior booking..

I was a frequent traveller between Mumbai to Kolhapur with Syndicate travels until my Bus met with an accident on Mumbai Pune Expressway on 28th October 2018. When the bus had reached Vashi, some passengers had noticed the bus headlights unlit. The driver and the travels inspite of being aware of the right side headlights not in working condition, chose to continue the onward journey and somewhere near the Lonavala section, the bus crossed over the right fencing and rammed into them, flattening the tyres and fortunately bringing it to a halt. By Gods grace, passengers traveling had a great escape. After all this, the driver accommodated us into another seater coach but all done, such an unprofessional way of handling could have costed our lives. I would never recommend this travels to anyone in future.

If there was an option of 0 star, I would have given that instead of one for syndicate. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT TRAVEL WITH SYNDICATE. My wife and I travelled Mumbai to Bhusawal, and I had luggage because I came from US and wanted to go to my town. They did not have space to keep even small bag in their storage. The storage space was full of parcels I believe. We had to keep the big air bags on our seats and because of which we did not have enough space to sleep. In addition they told us that we will reach Bhusawal at 6.30am or so but actually the bus reached at 10.30!!!!! They are inefficient people who dont at all care about peoples time.Next, unfortunately I had to travel back from Bhusawal to Mumbai and only syndicate had seats available. Because of luggage, again we had to choose this travel. This time the experience was even worse. Usually good travel companies have dinner and bathroom stops at some hotel where they give some time to freshen up and we are properly informed that the bus is going to stop here for 15 min or so. But Syndicate people did not stop even for bathroom break. When I asked them, they said the bus is non stop and actually made fun of me!! I had to hold for 3-4 hours for bathroom until they had tea break (again not announced) at 3.30am in the morning.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUS FOR ANYBODY. THEY ARE RUDE, INEFFICIENT PEOPLE. I CANNOT EMPHASIZE ANYMORE!!!

Dont travel with syndicate..They are cheaters...We did online booking of syndicate through red bus...And syndicate alloted us other bus named ashoka and mascot...this buses are worst...And fare of this bus are low...Fare of syndicate is high..On the date of departure syndicate alloted us different bus..by saying your bus has gone..before time they left the bus...this is cheating...and condition of mascot and ashoka is worst...

Third class service. No charging points available for mobiles. Pathetic interior with filthiest beds. It stinks like a hell. I have travelled with this operator on almost 3 different routs but the condition of the bus is ugly from inside. Please book some other operators such as Durga travels...andYogesh Travels. Staff is rude and doesnt even cooperates with ladies. Please dont use Syndicate Travels as a travelling medium.2 thumbs down.

Worst service ever bedsheets were loathed with dusts and stains .. at least they should change it when they are charging around 1600 for Mumbai to bhusawal in festival seasons..Highly disappointed..they even dont care about the time..they take there enough sweet time in loading n unloading parcels ..
