Great Comfortable Sleepers and Seating Seats..Superb Luxurious Busses..

Travels is good ..I traveled from Mumbai (Panvel) to Biloli with sleeper coach , total journey took 14 hrs that is expected. the Service by and co operation of the staff also found good . Bus took only one stop for dinner around 45 min .Over all service and quality is nice ,will recommend this travels.

Your travel facilities are very good, your staff members are also very friendly but the Food at the hotel where you stop the travel bus Royal Karnala are not satisfactory and the toilets are not in good condition and dont ask about the food quality . Expensive and the service is not good, just think about it, I am satisfied with the rest of your travel service

They really need to maintain the hygiene in the bus.I dont know why the bus halt at parel for 1 hour, really it makes no sense.New Sleeper buses are best.

Good service as rates of the tickets are fixed most of the time & we can say no exploitation but the service can improve & go to a top quality as the owners should ask the driver as well as the cleaners to be polite & friendly to customers & attention towards cleanliness

It was overallgood travelling with Sai Pooja Travels. However, the bus quality could be better in terms of cleanliness and condition of bus. The ticket fare is average.

Worst refund policy they charge 50% as a cancellation fee,even if you cancelled it 3 days prior to journey.Thats very bad on both redbus side and same as operator makes me feel i made a big mistake by booking a ticket on redbus.

Worst service than ever seen in my travelling life. Bus Driver cum ihe suits to auto rickshaw driver. As the customer calls up for auto.. similarly the bus driver was calling each and every customer who were walking on the roads by shouting Mumbai, Mumbai and Mumbai... he was like a damn worst guy dont know how to communicate with customers.We left at around 2pm from the spot and till 4pm we were at the same spot itself roaming on the alternate roads for frequently almost we kept roaming for 2 hours.Worst service disgustingIf in case if it would have been less than 1 star i would have rate it in minus (-).Improve and become professional in all these fields otherwise you know more than me about consequences....

Yesterday travelled from shirdi to mumbai and it was a worst experiance... started 10 am and reached mumbai 7.30pm. almost more than 9.30 hrs.... bus was good.. not sure why it they stopped in Nashik for more than 1 hr.. Sincere request to travel owner.. take extra money but deliver us on time. People who need to catch Flight ot train will definatly miss...

Yesterday i had travelled from Jaitapur to mumbai from Sai pooja(Vinayak 9624) bus. Earlier i had informed to cleaner that we will alight to Gandhinagar-Mumbai but further discussion with other passenger I came to know that bus will go through powai (JWLR ROAD) hence I requested to cleaner that we will alight at Powai I informed him please update in your document also after initial cleaner changed I informed the same to new cleaner that We will alight at Powai he replied me APUN KO KUCH PATA NAHI JAISE LIST PE LIKHA RAHEGA WAISA UTHARRANA PADEGA NAHI TO DIRECT PAREL UTARO . He was talking in very Tapori and rude language. If we paid Rs 850 per seat then the Sai pooja travels should give us service accordingly or they should teach their cleaner how to talk to passengers. I am travelling from sai pooja bus for same route since 2011, but experience i had yesterday that time I have decided I will not travel in future from Sai pooja travels and same experience i will share with my relatives and villagers to avoid this trouble.

The booking clerk at the Parel office in Mumbai and Sameer Pawaskar of Jaitapur in Konkan are all agents begging. Luggage charges separately. Moreover, even if the entire bus is empty, the back seats are filled first. Those who book on the spot are offered lower fares and front seats. Dont make a mistake booking online. Get rid of 100% lime. In addition, the hotel owners sell meals at double the price as they get commission at the hotels where they stop. We also talk to the passengers. If a passenger has diabetes and requests to stop the car to urinate, they are literally insulted in the following language. He travels by car many times due to lack of options but the experience is very bad.

Nice new buses ... but not punctual ... tried three times ... late by 3hours on all 3 times .... another issue vibration noise on seats b2 ..... If the owner does not listen to the passengers, we will not be back. Sleeper carriage NL-01-B-1373 and NL-01-B-1371 both have a loud noise of vibration in the vicinity of seat B2. Three times I went to your staff all the time but it did not matter ....

Sai Puja (Omkar)The ticket for MH 04 GP 1811 took place on Sunday 12th May 2019 at Kanakwali by Shri Ganesh Travels. It was told that the next day would be 7 oclock. Because most of the passengers in this train were going to their duties in the morning. The train was completed at 6.30 pm, but the train did not get full, and one passenger from Rajpur stayed in the docks between Rajapur and Lanjha for 11.50m in a dhaba. It took 5 hours and 20 minutes. The TV in this car was also closed and the seat and the car were not clean. A large number of passengers in this car were stirred as the seat was a big stain. More importantly, the last full trunk in this car was filled with mangoes box and in the in-house cabin careers it was filled with mangoes banks. So passengers could not keep their bags properly. Cleaner driver asked if he was talking roughly.This train came near Panvel in the morning of 9 AM and stayed there every 10 minutes and hid the agents box. Later, it was via Nahore via Sonapur Bhandup to Dadar and further to Borivli Charkop. The time when Bhandukh came in the train, it was 12 oclock in the afternoon. With the end of our patience, we got down from this car, and once again, in the life of Shri Sai Pooja Travels, with the oath of not going to travel, Ram took the car and got auto and reached home at 2.30.

Mumbai to Kudal is the most useless journey ... The middle carrier and the driver do not have the right to talk about it. All the answers do not answer ...
