Took my dad today for vaccination age 61. Took appointment for 3pm-4pm. Large crowd gathering. Rude staff. Worst experience please do not go there. There was long queue for waiting area, then another queue for billing, another queue for aadhar verification, another queue for vaccination. Its a hurdle and mess. Not managed properly. Waste of money. It wouldve been better if I wouldve taken my dad in government centres. We reached there at 2:45 and got vaccination at 4:47. Totally unbelievable. We trusted Hinduja hospital since our grandparent times. Totally lost faith. You can do it better. Crowded and no precautions in the queue. More over they didnt provide medicine or vaccination certificate even after asking them and paying money, which are given in government centres for free.

I took the covid vaccination on 29th June and the arrangement was worst it took nearly 4 hours. We did our registration before going to the center however over there people without registration has also came. It was a chaos

Patient overcrowding needs reduction. We are still in partial lockdown. Timings given by hospital are not met. Everyone cant be given same time. Doctors are fantastic. Improve patient facilities please. Dont make them wait.

I got the slot for covishield in hinduja.prefered time slot was 11-12 .. After reaching at the vaccination center, I was shocked as almost 1 and half km queue was there.prefered slot was just for printing purpose..no managent, no social distancing.. meanwhile their server was also down.guard at the gate was not guiding properly to the people.few self declared volenteers were making there own rules.first come first sever they are following..The vaccination is for our safety but the situation is not safe at all..staff at vaccination center has no idea how to manage crowd..total mess..not recommending anyone

I was there today for vaccination. Every staff are so kind and helpful. In India there are lots of discrimination to North East people but as my todays experience they treated us equally. While we are waiting for our turn, theres someone came and tried to went ahead of us but the security of the first entrance stop them and called us to go first. It was a great experience for me and also who accompanied with me. For all the process it tooks around 20-25 minutes excluding observation. Thank you P. D. Hinduja National Hospital.

I recently got vaccinated over here along with my family members. To occupy more people they are conducting the drive in Bombay Scottish School. I was a bit skeptical to go here since there were negative reviews related to vaccination but currently they have a great process in place. The whole process was managed extremely well. The staff is very polite and will guide and help you at each step. It took less than 30 mins for the whole thing. Dont hesitate if you want to get yourself vaccinated here ✌🏽

Worst experience ....inspite of call centre asking the patients name and age gave appointment of pediatric neurologist for an adult patient which we came to know when we were stopped at the gate by the security, employee iqra assured to call back after 10mins and there was no response post that....even the customer care were of no help saying it is not their department....Inspite of patient bwing 57 yrs appointmwnt of dr neelu desai who is a paediatric neurologist was given, Patient had a stroke 2 days back and he had to travel back home as despite the hospital being at fault no alternative appoibtment arrangements were made....doesnt the pwrson givin appointment know a 57 yr old patient will not be treated by a paediatric neurologist or the employees dont know their doctors credentials...the charges are high but the service compared to it is the worst

Some doctors are nice and some are too busy to be nice. In general they have good doctors, but a doctors skill is a product of training and attention.Inpatient charges are way over-inflated. This is after one already expects them to be expensive. Some numbers such as inpatient petct (38,900 or worse depending on bed class for a 15,000 test) dont make sense. They just randomly choose the numbers and patients families are helpless.Nurses take long time to come. It is possible covid made them understaffed.They have potential to lead the country because they have the talent. They need to up their patient perception because I know for a fact, doctors love to hear praises. Doctors dont work hard and develop skills to hear that their bedside manner wasnt perfect. With better logistics, communication and some more common sense, they could show others how it is done right.

Today I went for Dose 2 vaccination Covishield for my both senior citizen parents….it’s well managed right from entry to exit of the hall where vaccination is facilitated.. Overall the entire process was smooth it took 30 minutes to complete the entire vaccination procedure…Great work by the staff of Hinduja Hospital

The service was right on time, very professional and was rendered with all due care. The blood sample collector was nicely dressed and maintained smile on the face. He gave receipt of all payment. He did not expected anything over and above. His hands were soft and caused no pain to the patient. He was very experienced. Salute to that small gentleman.

The reception at this hospital is pathetic. My aunt was already a patient of Dr. BK Nayak and after the surgery she faced issues in her eye sight for which she wanted to visit urgently since she couldn’t see properly. But the reception and secretary are such pathetic human being that they just kept transferring lines and never even heard the problem from us. Even after requesting so many times ..since 2 days .. they still behaved so unprofessional and inhuman. Only because of such people , even the doctor’s name is spoilt. They don’t care even if you are dying , they won’t attend your problem.

TPA desk at Hinduja is the most unfriendly TPA desk one can ever find. Irresponsible staff who dont upload correct documents. No TPA - Dr coordination which is the least expected of any TPA DESK. They make patients attendent run around helter skelter for signature and approvals. If it were an institution with a mindset to serve it would have easily fixed this. Many large and small hospitals have this managed seamlessly. Issue is the inclination of the management / and administrative staff on Hinduja payrolls. Even any mechanic shop would vouch for better service towards machines.

COVID-19 vaccination drive badly managed. Extremely huge queue outside vaccination centre, with zero social distancing. Once you get inside the staff is doing their best to keep things moving, but they need to ensure there is no crowding at the centre.

Had a great and smooth experience for Covid-19 vaccination. Highly professional, properly managed and clear on instructions. Nice customer service and support from start to end. And even got followip call to check for ETA.Keep up the same.

Got my covid vaccine here, so safe and volunteers and doctors on each step to go through the process.

Good hospital but staff at registration counter are very rude and unkind. For them the person in queue does not matter.Their response are very professional as if they are not in hospital but some corporate office. Canteen inside is not serving any healthy meal all oily and spicy things. Moreover there is no healthy eating place outside as well. But location of hospital is beautiful.

A great experience getting vaccinated... Hinduja Hospital has arranged the vaccination programme in Bombay Scottish School which is just opposite...The staff was very polite, quick and professional, the entire centre is managed very efficiently and in such a way that there is no crowd at any times and also people are comfortable. Also, inside they have 4-5 payment counters, 5 verification counters and I think about 8 vaccination points. Also even after getting vaccibated, they have medical officers asking about how we are feeling and if any side effects and told to wait for 15 minutes after vaccination... The entire hasslefree process took me about 40 to 45 mins.Having said this, I am unsure about reviews saying the opposite.. Maybe it was earlier and now things have become streamlined... Overall, a 5 star from me.

I recently got vaccinated by P D Hinduja Hospital. The overall vaccination process is smooth and fine. It is conducting at Bombay Scottish School. It taken almost 45-50 mins (1 Hour you can consider). However, it is not overcrowded. Each and every staff from security guard to doctors they help me a lot during each and every process. But, i think it should might get better. They put a board on the observation room after vaccinated is about you can take 30 mins for rest. In short you are under observation for 30 mins. However, they told you to leave in 10 mins. I dont like this. This is my honest review.Overall a good experience.. Highly recommend for everyone..👍After that there is some snacks corner outside the school. You can eat Samosa Pav and Frankies and rolls etc. Enjoyed the overall vaccination process.👌👌

I lost my mother due to the hospital’s negligence. I was informed just 1 day prior my mother passed away to consult global hospital for her liver related issue. Why was this not informed before? She was hospitalized and was in the Icu for nearly 23 days. Even hinduja are just into money making business and dont care for life!

Doctors are-not supportive and no care for life of patients. My family member was admitted to hospital and died with doctors negligence and no proper treatment.

My mum Annie DSouza IPD no 1463372 expired on 16/05/2021 in your hospital. I am due for a refund if 1.35 lakh. .But sorry to state that even after giving my NEFT details there is no refund till date. Is this the way Hinduja works. I was admitted in Lilavati hospital but my refund amount on discharge was sent to my account by NEFt on the 2 nd working day.

It has been a wonderful and uneventful experience. The problem with Hinduja is Security & Staff. They are allowing over 3 attendees for a single patient in ICU without any checking while stopping other patients to have visitors. In current COVID times, ICU having so many random visitors is dangerous for everyone.

Hospital makes up unncessary charges added to your billsSpecially during the material and medical item lists.The add anything and any amount whether used or not. They make false money and burn a hole in ur pocket.When u quarrel and ask for interim billsThan many of the the prices are removed and items are removed. Very good hospital and they take utmost care of the patient. I was admitted last year in august for Swine Flu Treatment and they took good care of me. My father got operated for Spinal Stenosis under the supervision of Dr. Kedar Deogaonkar and I must say that he is very helpful and caring doctor.Following which my aunt got operated for Brain Tumour followed by the procedure of chemotherapy and radiation for the stage IV cancer , under the supervision of Dr. B.K.Misra and I must say that it all went very well.I short it is a very good hospital.

The best hospital of Mumbai.My mom was covid positive with ct score 17/25 ,oxygen level 64 , very severe infection and high diabetes.The doctors and nurses were outstanding in taking care of my mother with atleast 3 times update on mom health via call and mail.Doctor Farhad Kapadia is the best doctor by far.Under his treatment, my mom recovered and was back home in 9 days with negative PCR report.Forever grateful to the doctor s and nurses for curing her completely in no time.

Highly unprofessional behaviour from Dr Abhijit Warade. He doesnt have manners how to speak to patient and relatives. Worst doctor I have ever met. He didnt even use gloves to clean the wound. My aunt had wound infection and she was in bad pain and he continued to shout at her. Should not happen with any other patient.

The hospital is undergoing repairs. our patient has just been discharged from the ICU. We are asking you to change the room. Our patient is having trouble with this sound, making a lot of noise. Worst hospital , in such pandemics situation they should help their patient and relative , actually I m trying to get my mother histopath biopsy report which was 4 month old but in laboratory they asked to submit doctor letter first and said u will get this report after 2 days of letter submit.I m from dombivili which is very far from hospital cant able to go der easily in such situation alwz.I know its confidential reports ,but Inspite of having my mother authority letter as well as pan card they deny to give me the report.

The patient relative needs to run for each and every query raised by the mediclaim policy to TPA whereas the cordination shud be directly with the doctor assistant for requirment of any consent letter to TPA basically they are irrresponsible in services which can cause u to pay the whole amount of operation in the final settlement inspite all the documentation just becoz they dont care old school staff need upgrading...

Pathetic serviceBedridden patients were waited for 3 hours outside sonography n endoscopy room .No coordination between departments.No coordination between nurses n doctors n attending drNeed to prompt n remind nurses for recommended tests n reports.After we took other opinion from 2 outside doctors,then they started some medecine.Just lootam loot.
