Business parks are always facinating for IT employees and L&T has tried to keep its reputation. The business Park is near Powai Gardens and takes barely 2 min to reach. The business Park has security officials in uniform and has two gates for visitor passes. The garden around here is well managed and it has proper path to walk in.

Good and Huge corporate space. I was here for a meeting. Lot of tight security and traffic outside too.

This is L &T Corporate office on Saki- Powai Road, Mumbai. Behind this office, L & T has launched 16 buildings residential complex. The complex is very good and it is having most of the amenities. The rates are higher side but it is less than Hiranandani Project in Powai which is prime area of Powai. The area is having huge traffic during peak hours.

Nice clean and airy space in the middle of chaos. Its a peaceful business hub. Air conditioning that cools on hot summer days, courteous security staff and well organized. Houses some of the best brands. No parking inside for visitors. You will need a gate pass (security check) to enter the buildings as a visitor.
