My experience with Oye 10001hotel is not up to satisfactory levels, There is very poor HK inside the room and poor HK staff as well, Blanket bedsheets and pillows are dirty, i beleive they dont replace on a regular interval,neither any guest are allowed inside the room for an hour even after requesting with hotel staff. I dont know how Oyo is managing these things with this kind of behavior. I have a very poor experience with this hotel.

Place was ok, there is Dominos, sbarro and one more pizza shop near by, rooms were ok for solo or 2 pepz, good for couples they just need to take care of the cleanliness, bedsheets n bed covers n pillow covers were dirty, washroom was good.

No outside person can visit in your room, even if they are colleague from your office. This is really pathetic, as its a business hotel and people will be coming to visit for a small meet or discussion. Rest all services are okay.

I wish Google had negative stars.Pathetic service & policy.I checked in this hotel at 12pm, arnd 4pm the electricity gets cutoff which never came back. Then hotel caretaker says to checkout and find a new hotel at 10pm, he assured i will get full refund. Now when i checked back with oyo on the refund, they said only 20% will be refund? Why? Was that my fault? Did i even stayed more than 3-4 hours?Oyo not recommended

I had stayed her while I was visiting India in 2017 and it was a horrible experience then. Gave it another chance in 2020, and it was worst then three years ago.Please do not book here. I had tried to get a room here and they questioned my ID.The reception has no respect for their guests. No clue of customer service. To them, the customer is ALWAYS wrong.PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER STAY HERE.

Oyo room is 6-7 km away from the airport. locality is good nearby area is average not so good and lively. Oyo rooms are ok types so compact and not easily visible from the street. It took us 15 minutes to find the hotel. Charges are high as compared to other hotels, we got it in 2000 rupees which is quite high as compared to another hotel. Breakfast is not available in the early morning. Staff was cordial and cooperative.

This is a decent hotel in vikhroli location. hotel staff is courteous and they keep hotel rooms clean. I also stayed in **** blue residency inn that was near this hotel, but that was complete disaster. no cleanness, staff was arrogant, they do not care about anything. but this hotel is anytime better. only negative thing was breakfast. they have very limited option and everyday you will get the same thing.

Its a hotel wort staying when you are in Vikhroli area for work. rooms are clean. they provide daily room service. stuff is courteous. value for money.

Good place for short business trip. location being its USP for work in Powai. But no dedicated car parking space for hotel as was claimed by them prior booking. had to park my vehicle on the street in front of hotel as guided by the hotel staff.

A small budget hotel with 10 rooms and nothing else. The room is compact with decent furnishing and facilities. There are half a dozen good budget restaurants in the same industrial/commercial complex that houses the hotel. However, I was annoyed that Oyo had ripped me off at a price much beyond the worth of this hotel.

Wasnt expecting much at this budget but then wasnt expecting so little either. No window or ventilation in the rooms or bathrooms. Rodents, dirty linen and torn pillow covers. Unsealed water bottles. Lack of proper water heating facilities. Bathroom size extremely small. The bed is not fit to accommodate a 5 ft 9 tall guy.

Stay was good. No sleeper. Tv channels were not coming. Breakfast was not good.

The rooms were unclean. Nobody comes for house keeping. I thought previous reviewers were wrong but they were right. All rooms are unclean and bed sheets were moist, without proper ventilation and bathroom water was not going out. I feel any person can get sick if they stay at this hotel.

Well I visited mumbai for a two night three say business trip and I had the best place to stay near ghatkopar. The staff were very friendly. The hotel and the room was very clean and ready in all respects.

Kindly dont keep noisy fans. I couldnt sleep whole night because of noisy fan in adjacent room ( 104 ) so changed room to 108. AC temperature control not working. Bathing towels were smelly a bit.
